The house was just as advertised. Very clean and welcoming. I definitely will stay again when we come to Fredericksburg. Welcome basket was super nice and loved the coffee!!

Perfect location, the only glitch was the coffee pot wasn't working, it took 35 minutes to make 4 cups. Just a minor thing and not a deal breaker!

I had the perfect stay at a wonderful house located in an ideal neighborhood. The attention to detail was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beautiful backyard, along with the lovely sun porch, added to the charm. There was plenty of space in the living room, making it an overall fantastic house. The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s even cuter in person! I highly recommend this house and will be staying there again. The owners were amazing—easy to contact and truly the sweetest people. I appreciated them!

Refreshing Reconnect

This was the perfect place to reconnect with friends. The 2 beds and 2 bath was the right size for the 3 of us. The screened in porch made for a great place to relax among the serene setting and have "catch-up" conversations. The house was very homy, comfortable and nicely updated. We loved having access to bikes ready to ride and enjoyed touring the town on them. Beth, the host, was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing friends trip

My husband and I and another couple took a quick weekend trip to Fredericksburg. We travel a lot and have stayed in many different homes. This was by far the best we have ever stayed at. The personal touches were awesome and the comfort of the home was perfect. If income this way again I will definitely stay in this home again!

Incredible Amenities

This is our second stay at this outstanding home in a quiet neighborhood. An easy bike ride to all downtown venues or walk if you want to work off all the German food and barbeque. The internal and external amenities are absolutely outstanding making our stay so easy and comfortable. The second bathroom was great for our party of four.We will recommend this home to all our friends/family and look forward to a return visit next Winter.John and Pam

Weekend getaway

We're a "young" senior couple and a "young" senior friend (we feel "young') enjoying a weekend of relaxation and fun in Fredericksburg. We have stayed here before and thought the accommodations were perfect. The location is ideal for us--just a minute up the road from the Rockbox and downtown. In all, a very comfortable and clean place to stay.

Above Expectations!

This property is amazing! Beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. The owner went above and beyond! I felt like I was at a friend's house and they were trying to spoil me. Truly. A very generous host. Screened in porch with coffe is the best!

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Well maintained clean home that is stocked with everything you need for a short term rental. Beth even included snacks, sodas and a bottle of wine! Loved the large bottles of toiletries in the shower and complementary coffee, tea, sugar and creamers. Sitting on the back porch is like being in a park! I definitely recommend this adorable cottage in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown. This place is a winner!

Hill country relaxation!!

This is our favorite VRBO hands down!!! I love this charming home that has every detail covered. To sit on the screened in porch, listening to the fountain and watching the birds is heaven. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. I promise this beautiful home checks every box. The owners are kind and helpful . Love every minute spent here!!helpfulpromise this ch
