Our stay was perfect. The cottage and grounds were immaculate. The cottage has two wonderful screened-in porches! Perfect for views of the lake and relaxing. The hosts were so kind and prompt. Wonderful! We cannot wait to return. I for sure recommend it to others!

Great visit and great host! Our family of 5 enjoyed a weekend getaway for our son’s birthday here. Kids had a blast with the water toys, outdoor patios, and fun lower level. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and Blackstone. Host communicated great and was very responsive.

Peaceful property with direct access to the water. We had amazing sunset views from the pier. We enjoyed paddle boarding, animal watching, attempting to play ping pong and relaxing in the TV room with the lush oversized blankets. My personal favorite spot was reading and drinking coffee, in the morning, on the porch bed swing. We all enjoyed this property and we would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and as decribed. The hot tub was nice and the short distance to walk to the lake was a big bonus. I also enjoyed the blackstone grill to cook the meals.

The entire process was easy, and the house was clean and inviting. We loved the outdoor areas and screened-in patios — perfect for lounging!

Our family of 7 loved the house and all the extras that provided. We enjoyed playing games, sitting on the porch swing, and hanging out on the deck wishing all the water toys. The host went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Everything you need was able to be able to use! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home is incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the décor to the layout, everything feels beautifully put together and designed to make guests feel right at home. It’s clear the owners put a lot of care into creating a welcoming, well-appointed rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Incredibly clean. Love the setup in this cabin. The bed porch swing is amazing for relaxing , along with the hot tub. We will def be back. Only thing I could possibly recommend is a tv somewhere upstairs as well.

A truly incredible experience at the Suntime Cottage!! The house had everything you could ask for in a lake house which made our stay so relaxing. Impeccably clean, several amenities and beautifully located. Mornings sipping coffee on the deck or lounging in the swings, afternoons sunbathing on the dock and evenings eating dinner in the screened in deck by candlelight made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. My sisters and I were provided ample information from the host regarding directions, access to the house, cell service, groceries, and so much more to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She hit it out of the park!!! Thank you

The senary was breath taking. The house reminded me of my Mamaw's house, very warm and inviting, it felt like home away from home. The Hot tub was a nice touch after a long day, very relaxing. The location was not to far from restaurants or the grocery store. The host were also very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. There was plenty for the kids to do as well, although it was too cold this trip, they offer kayaks and paddle boards, a boat during summer time. There was also the hot tub of course, a big TV for family movie night, and also a ping pong table too. They also have a twin size memory foam day bed swing on the porch, which is perfect for those mid day naps, or at the end of the day where you only hear the crickets in the distance. Very peaceful and quiet, it was more than relaxing, it was overall a wonderful stay, and we would love to come back next year!!!

We were in the Smith Lake area for a family wedding. How fortunate we were to find Suntime Cottage! It was December, but that didn't matter, Suntime is a charming and cozy cottage with super comfortable beds and a great little kitchen! I like to cook and am often disappointed by kitchens when we travel, but not this one--it has everything you need.My granddaughter and I really enjoyed the "sleeping swing" on the screened-in porch where we snuggled under a blanket and had a great chat. Downstairs, we watched movies on the big TV. Suntime has games for families: We had several rounds of Yahtzee and Uno after the wedding. Staying up until we were all yawning too much to play more.Maurine and Zach are wonderful hosts! So prompt to respond when we had questions, and kind and understanding when I accidentally set off the smoke alarm. (Never cook bacon without turning on the vent fan over the stove first.)We definitely want to come back!

Adorable cottage! The detailed decor makes the space so inviting. It’s super cozy and the beds are very comfortable. A perfect spot for great R & R. We look forward to returning. The hosts are great and quick to respond to anything you may need.
