The carport hanger has been converted to an outdoor dining area, adorned with enchanting string lights, provides an idyllic setting for large dinner gatherings. The fire pit is perfectly situated to take in the expansive views and famous starry night skies.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Pipes Canyon Homestead offers two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom for the ultimate comfort and privacy. Sink into relaxation in the clawfoot bathtub in the primary bathroom, a luxurious touch that adds to the overall charm of the space. The bedrooms are appointed with tasteful decor and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your desert adventures.

The entire property is yours! Please note that there are standalone storage containers in the laundry room that are locked to guests that are being used for supplies for the rental.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

Primary Bedroom: King bed

Secondary Bedroom: Queen bed

Additional sleeping arrangements: One couch + two twin pull outs.



Note: The twin pull-outs are portable, offering flexible sleeping arrangements that can be moved to the living area.



-Hot Tub & Cowboy Tub Service-

The hot tub and cowboy tub are serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.

-Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips-

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. ESAs/service animals should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.



-Security Cameras-

There is a security camera mounted by the front door in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.



-Parking-

Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway.



-Trash Service-

The house shares a dumpster with the neighboring property. The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway.



-Cleaning Fee-

100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
