This spacious two story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home on Mile Marker 42 has everything you need for an unforgettable stay — from sunrise coffee on the deck to sunset happy hours at the dock bar, you’re sure to have a wonderful & relaxing stay!

Inside, enjoy a comfortable, open layout with plenty of sleeping space for families and groups. The full kitchen is stocked for cooking meals, and with dining tables both inside and out, perfect for gathering everyone together. The living room is cozy and inviting — ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake.

This house sleeps 15 people with the following arrangement:
• Downstairs:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with attached bath
• Bedroom 2: King bed with sliding doors to the back deck and lake views
• Upstairs:
• Bedroom 3: Two full beds with attached bathroom
• Bedroom 4: King bed, two twin bunk beds, and a twin pullout couch with attached bathroom & upper back deck (we also have an extra queen size blow up mattress)

Outside, you’ll love gathering on the spacious deck with a large dining table. Along with a blackstone grill, perfect for whipping up big meals!

Continuing on down the stairs and to the party dock where we take lake fun to the next level:

• One open boat slip (no lift — fits most boats)
