Belle, mise à jour 4BR 2 Bath maison au bord du lac pour la baignade, flottant et le canotage! Situé à proximité de MM 10, cette maison se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture ou en bateau de certains des meilleurs équipements et divertissements au bord du lac, ce qui en fait un endroit fantastique pour toute occasion. La maison est profonde dans la crique vous permettant de nager et flotter tout en étant entièrement protégé de l'eau agitée du canal principal. Aller sur le quai ou utiliser les 90 pieds de front de lac privé - il y a même des escaliers en béton de sorte que vous pouvez entrer et sortir de l'eau dès la cour arrière!
Il y a deux chambres et une salle de bain avec des espaces de vie spacieux à chaque niveau. Le niveau principal dispose d'un pont autour du pont tandis que le niveau inférieur a deux ponts - dont l'un a une zone de grillage / manger tandis que l'autre s'ouvre sur un foyer et l'accès au quai. Fenêtres du sol au plafond dans la grande cuisine ouverte / salle à manger donne des vues spectaculaires Cove pour votre café du matin!

Enough room for everyone. Kids loved to fish and swim off the dock. Quiet little cove, we had alot of fun and and good memories.

Great cove!

We really enjoyed staying here! We loved having the dock for the boat. The cove is big enough that you have a great view, but not so big that you have a lot of boat traffic.

Wonderful house!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. The water package was a big hit with the guys. The girls enjoyed the lily pad. Everything we needed to make meals was there. Beautiful kitchen!

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Great location and beautiful property filled with lovely amenity's. Hanging on the dock was fun and relaxing. The dock is well cared for and a perfect place to hang whether in the water or at the table. The patio has wonderful views and lots of nature and critters to watch. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The dining area has a large table that was perfect for us 8 ladies to enjoy libations and meals. The kitchen is nice with a large island to prepare meals and happy hour. A short ride to shopping and dinner out.

Family Vacation

Great house! We spent the week on this property. Great location! Grocery store, boat launch, boat rental, and fuel are all very close. Pictures are accurate of the property. House has plenty of room and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Jeremy was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Lake House Review

Overall, we really enjoyed the property. Quiet cove that is conveniently located. The owners were very responsive. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold, so we had to use the freezer to get things cold at times. But overall, we were happy with the property.

Annual family trip

First, I would like to say that Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We had some traveling issues and he was very willing to accept the changes with no problems. The house had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the cove perfect for our little ones to swim. The only reason that we would not stay there again is because we are buying our own Lakehouse! Thank you to the Underwood’s!

Great house- great location

We stayed for the long 4th of July weekend. The cove was perfect- far enough away from the channel that the dock wasn’t rocking all the time. Great cove for jet skis and swimming. The views were great and we were able to see so many firework shows from the decks and the dock. Location is close to grocery store and dollar general. Drive to Osage beach was about 20 minutes over the toll bridge. The house was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Overall great stay and would recommend this property. Owner was super responsive. We had a great time!

Great location and well kept house

My family stayed here for 4 days, 10 people ages ranging from 2 years to 63 years old. The house was very well taken care of and a great amount of space for us. The cove is perfect for swimming off the dock. It also has some concrete steps leading into a shallow, rocky area in the water. This was great for the kids who didn’t always want to be in the open water. The house is only 8 minutes from the grocery store and maybe 3 minutes from the closest boat rental. The house was stocked well for cooking and we made good use of the grill and fire pit. It was so convenient to have a pack n play, kids seats, an infant life jacket, and a booster seat already there. Saved me a lot of packing for my 2 year old. The only negative comment we had was that the mattresses on most of the beds are hard as a rock. The king room was reported to be very comfortable but the rest of us didn’t sleep great. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and our communication with the owners!

WONDERFULLY AWESOME PLACE!!

We stayed Thursday to Monday and only left the house a few times. We enjoyed the large deck, the dock, swimming toys, fire pit, and Blackstone grill. While the kids had their own space under one roof to enjoy wi-fi , games, fishing, and swimming! This was a perfect spot for one large family or 2 small to medium family's. We will return I'm sure of that! It was close to the store and other things by land and was close to other attractions by waterway.

Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at the house. It got our needs with the number of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great on a nice cove-we swam every day! The master bedroom was perfect for the grandparents- they enjoyed their own updated bathroom. The twin bedroom was sufficient as well. The kitchen was large enough for all multiple people to work in. We wish there were some more dining room chairs - the table would have been big enough to accommodate a few more. The upstairs living area and decks had some great views of the lake. We did have to dust off a lot of spider webs and acorns off of the deck when we got there. The downstairs worked well. We used some of the gaming systems. The downstairs carpeting could have been cleaned better and there was a large stain on the carpet. The downstairs bathroom is dated but worked fine. It was a plus to have two laundry’s with the number of people we had. Although we didn’t use thte fire pit, it was a nice area to sit. The black stone grill was perfect for cooking. There were some steps down to the dock but not too many and they weren’t steep. The dock accommodated us all well and the kayaks and lily pad mat were used a lot!

Perfect location!

The property was absolutely beautiful with a nice pier and wonderful location. There was lots of sun on the pier all day and the cove was calm and quiet. Listing was as described and the house was nicely updated. Only a couple things we wish were different. When we arrived the 2 garbage bins were full to the top with flys all over. It was obvious the previous guests did not take the bins to the street for garbage day. We were instructed to drive our trash to a grocery store where they charge you to take your trash. The black stone grill was full of grease so we spent some time cleaning it up. Property manager was extremely prompt in communicating with us though which was great. We loved how big and open the kitchen was and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The teens definitely enjoyed the gaming systems during our breaks from the water and we broke out the cards/poker set at night!

Beautiful Home on Wonderful Cove

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious with great lighting. The view to the cove is beautiful. We appreciate the amenities the property provided, including the sturdy dock. View of the stars at night were amazing! The only hiccup we experienced was that the sheets weren't clean in downstairs room and there were not extra linens. Who knows if the housekeeping just didn't properly change out & we washed them ourselves - an inconvenience but not the end of the world. I would absolutely stay there again and do recommend this location for families.

We spent many years renting condos at the lake and always found ourselves wanting more privacy with our own lake front. This house is absolutely perfect regardless of the weather and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Private lake front in an absolute perfect location. Peaceful but close to the action with a deep cove to protect from the busy main channel. A living room on each level is great for multi-family privacy.
