Please Note:
***Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels during these hours.***
***Pool heat is by request only***It takes a full day to heat the pool to the desired temp.***
***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee***
***90 degrees maximum heat temperature***
***In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.***
***$100/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***
***Note: Pool depth ranges from 3 ft 6 in (shallow end) to 5 ft 8 in (deep end).***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day (Tuesday) to avoid a $100 fine.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
