- **Notice Requirement**: Guests must give a 48-hour notice for pool heating requests.
- **Short Notice Fee**: Requests under 48 hours are not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional $50 fee.
- **Maximum Temperature**: The highest heat setting for the pool is 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
- **Heating Rate**: The cost for pool heating is $65 per day.
- **Duration of Heating**: Pool heating must be maintained throughout the entire duration of the stay.

***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

- **Advance Notice**: A 48-hour notice is required for heating requests.

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***
