The spacious home is perfect for couples, families, or work from home professionals. Guests enjoy breathtaking mountain views of the 10-mile range along with access to world-class skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, and dining. This location provides an authentic mountain cabin experience while only being a few minutes drive from downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect Gondola.
The space:
• Spread out over 2 stories - *Please be aware there are many stairs required to access this property*.
• 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
• Spacious living room with large sectional couch - please note the fireplace pictured is not operational.
• Wrap around deck with fantastic views of the 10 mile range.
• 2 car detached garage and plenty of driveway parking.
Lower Level:
• Main entry featuring an enclosed vestibule with a bench for easy gear removal and hooks for storing wet gear
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bonus game room with a Nintendo Wii, TV, couch and dedicated workspace
• Full bathroom with a shower/tub combination
• Laundry room with a full sized washer, dryer and drying rack
Top Level:
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Large kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and cook full meals
• Dining area featuring a table with seating for 6 and an additional table that can accommodate 4
• Living room with a comfortable large sectional, flatscreen TV and bookcase with plenty of reading material
• Views of the ten mile range can be seen out of all the west facing windows
• Wraparound deck with out door seating and a BBQ grill
Location:
• The Flumes trail is just steps from the house. This hiking and mountain biking trail connects to miles and miles of trails throughout summit county with endless options.
• 1.8 miles or a 5 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect Gondola.
• 15 minute drive from the Frisco Bay Marina, featuring a beach, boat rentals, Tiki bar and playground.
• 25 minutes from the Dillon Amphitheater which hosts music and events of all kinds throughout the summer in the one of the most beautiful settings for a venue.
• 25 minutes from Copper Mountain.
• 25 minutes from Keystone Ski Resort.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.

» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Pets are strictly prohibited.
