True ski-in/ski-out top floor penthouse condo with a private elevator at Snowflake Lift! 3 bedroom + den/3 bath condo only 3 blocks from Main Street. Hop on the Snowflake Chairlift or hike the Sawmill Reservoir Trail, both of which are out the back door! Quiet building has indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, parking garage, elevator, grills, ski lockers and bike racks. Sleeps 10 with 3 primary bedrooms and a den area. This location is hard to beat!

• Ski-in/ski-out location directly at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports).
• Hike out the back door to Sawmill Reservoir or connect to the miles of trails surrounding Breckenridge.
• Oversized outdoor hot tub and one indoor hot tub
• Sauna, steam room & fitness center
• Elevator
• BBQ grills
LOCATION:
• Riverbend building is located directly next to the Snowflake Lift and the bottom of Snowflake Run (both are open dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season).
• There is a lift ticket office, spa (The Spa at Breckenridge) and rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!) in the building next door, on the other side of the Snowflake Lift.
• There is a bus stop located just a short walk away (100 yards) for free and easy transportation to Beaver Run and downtown Breckenridge.
• The Sawmill Creek Reservoir hiking trail is located just outside the building. This trail follows a beautiful creek up to a reservoir with great views. This trail connects to miles of trails that criss cross the Ten Mile Range.
• Mountain biking trails can be accessed across the street for miles of biking.
• The building is located just 3 blocks from Main Street (note that walking back to the building is up a slight hill)
Occupancy Limit: 10
Parking Limit: 2 - There is one dedicated parking spot and one unassigned spot in the garage. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot/or enter the garage (garage height limit 6'9") will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. Ski Out Directions:
• Take the Snowflake Lift located directly next to the building. From the Snowflake Lift you can ski down to Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas.
Ski In Directions:
• Ski down the Snowflake Run down to the bottom where it terminates at the Snowflake Lift and walk back to the building.
• You can also ski down 4 O'Clock Run and follow signs to the Snowflake Lift. This will bring you to just across the street from the Riverbend Building.
Perks of Booking With Us:
• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• DISCOUNTS! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
• All our properties are well stocked for all your needs.
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• We provide Pack n Play travel cribs at all of our properties, including this one. Please bring your own Pack n Play crib sheets.
• We believe in easy and reliable communication, we are available for all your questions and if any issues arise during your stay.

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
