-the homeowners occasionally keep a Jet-Ski trailer in the garage. This trailer reduces parking space in the garage to one small car. Please note, this means sometimes there is not garage space for two vehicles.
-If guests wish to heat pool, there is a pool heating fee of $50.00 a day, with a three-day minimum requirement.
Heating hot-tub is included, no additional expenses.
-No smoking or drug use in home
-No RV or trailer parking on property without prior approval.
-No loud music or parties past 10pm
-The is an Extra Guest Fee of $50.00 per head a night for groups over 6 people. Home can host a maximum of 10 people.
-Up to two dogs allowed inside home. Pets must be added into the reservation under the Guest Count section. A $150.00 pet fee is added to your reservation automatically when adding the pets.
