As to updates, we do our best to properly represent our properties in our photos. Since each home is privately owned, it is at the owners' discretion to make big changes. More specific information on what you would like to see updated would be helpful so we can pass that along. Dear Michael, First and foremost, our apologies on the shower door. We’ve never had one explode out of nowhere. After we learned of the incident, we called with deep concern and suggested a trip to the ER if the injuries were serious. From the conversation, it was relayed that they were not serious enough for such a trip; as you mentioned they were shallow, but bled. As there are two bathrooms in the home, we did not consider the lack of one for a night to be an emergency. We followed up the next morning by text. At that point, all 4 managers were aware of the situation. Our Field Operations Manager wanted to take care of the situation herself to make certain it was done properly and thoroughly. Understanding that some guests were headed to Mt Bachelor, she allowed time for guests to depart. Once that was understood, she was available and tended to the cleaning. The maintenance member who arrived with the shower curtain has been further trained for such situations. They are often asked to deliver items to homes when guests are in and, with COIVD, guests usually do not want us to install. Obviously this situation was different and was a missed opportunity for true service. As to the beds, the owner has been notified many times and opted not to change anything. They do stay at the home on occasion and love their mattresses. Being a privately owned home, that is their prerogative. We are looking into mattresses toppers for the beds. Our General Manager will be reaching out to you regarding your stay via her personal email. Our hope is that we can find a home better suited for your next stay. -Cascara Vacation Rentals

With just the words Very out dated, it's not much for us to go on, especially with the previous 4 reviews over the past year being 10/10. The photos should show the home as you experienced it.
