Welcome to your Sunriver getaway at Coyote 18, a comfortable and inviting home designed for easy days, cozy evenings, and time well spent together.
Located just half a mile from the Village at Sunriver, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home makes it easy to get out and enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer while still giving you a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Ride bikes to the Village for coffee, shopping, or dinner, spend the afternoon exploring Central Oregon, then come back and soak in your private hot tub under the stars.
Upstairs, the main living space is bright, open, and made for gathering. After a day outdoors, come home to the warmth of the gas fireplace and an inviting main living space made for relaxing together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, whether you are starting the morning with coffee from the Keurig or winding down with dinner together before stepping out onto the deck to grill.
Downstairs, the bedroom layout gives everyone a comfortable place to recharge. The king bedroom includes a full bath and a private balcony, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a full bed, making it a great fit for kids, friends, or a small family group. A second full bathroom downstairs adds extra convenience, and the laundry room helps make longer stays feel easy.

This property was clean and a great set-up with the bedrooms downstairs. We enjoyed looking at the star in the hot tub at night. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village.

Amazing stay
We had a fabulous time and this property was perfect! It was a great location, super clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was great! The property management team was incredible. They were great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property!

The house was great. It is a 5 minute walk to the Village. The area was very quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances you would have at home.

Clean and great location!
This was a great house! I am always skeptical and have high expectations for cleanliness and this property was great! Clean and close to town. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking easy.

We had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful! I have stayed in SunRiver every year for the past 8 years and this is the most well-stocked house I’ve stayed in! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our vacation. The bikes were a welcome bonus. We loved relaxing in the hot tub every night. It was magical. Thank you so much!!

Great property for resting and relaxing or hiking and playing. It was A one for cleanliness and having all we needed. Beautiful setting with many wildlife visits. Close and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Loved it, will definitely return sometime.

We didnt cook, only had coffee & happy to see keurig pods. House was very comfortable, clean, nice. Couldnt believe my friends got 95% of the answers correct, when playing your 80s Trivia game!Thank you, everything was wonderful & would like to return again sometime. :)

There was no Shampoo, Conditioner and very little body soap. I know people will bring their own, but we were flying so I did not and had to run to the store to buy small bottles. That is very unusual for a hotel or short term rental stay.

Convenient and Comfortable
Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed here for a week. It's very close to the village and SHARC and easy access to bike trails. House was clean and had all the essentials for cooking and comfort. We loved all the Sunriver area and mountainy decor. Only issue was dishwasher wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again.
