Waterfront Villa 3BR, Pool & Whirlpool heated/saltwater, cute turtles

Why do we call our Villa "Turtleview":
When we first came to our new house and went to the canal, we were greated by these friendly turtles. And these funny little swimmer come almost every time you go to the canal ... you can watch and feed them - therefore Villa Turtleview !

This beautiful villa in the south of Cape Coral offers you on 2130 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms space for 6 people. The heated saltwater pool & hot tub (no smell of chlorine and particularly kind to the skin) surrounded by palm trees offers a great view of the picturesque freshwater canal. The villa also has a private dock that is great for soaking up the Florida sun.

The master suite has a king size bed as well as a walk-in closet, the Master bathroom features a tub and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom a queen size bed. Master suite as well as the 2nd bedroom have direct pool access through large glass sliding windows and a view over the canal. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, chests of drawers and closets. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower with direct access to the pool.

The house has an additional Den Room perfectly equipped with an amazing airhockey table as well as a desk and a reading corner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for dinner with family and friends. In the bright living area with flatscreen TV, furnished with attention to detail, you will feel right at home and can really relax. Additional ceiling fans are of course installed in every room.

The large, south-facing terrace guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure holiday enjoyment. The electrically/solar heated pool with hot tub invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with gas grill is ideal for sociable BBQ evenings. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you.Through the beautiful plants you have a wonderful view of the canal, where you will often be greeted by friendly turtles. Furthermore, the villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Shops, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are nearby. Banks and petrol stations as well as golf courses and tennis courts can also be reached in a short time. Cool boxes, beach towels, beach umbrella and much more are available for your trip to the beach. The Palmetto Pine Country & Golf Club as well as the the Sunsplash Family Waterpark is just around the corner.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
