This spacious 3-bed, 2-bath retreat, complete with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in each of the other rooms and a convenient pull-out couch offers an abundance of area for all to comfortably enjoy. Our fully-equipped kitchen comes with EVERYTHING any short or long stay would ever require - pots, pans, 3 coffee machines for Keurig or ground, cooking and BBQ utensils, a panini press, a waffle machine and more for your convenience.
We just launched the property in Sept. 2023 and EVERYTHING was bought brand new - mattresses, furniture, TVs, kitchen items, etc... Neighborhood is extremely peaceful and the property is located on a very quiet street, all very nice and upscale homes in the area, perfect for walking or getting to downtown in less than 5 min for everything you may need including the best restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping.
Entire private home with large living area that extends into a massively screened in lanai. 3 separate bedrooms, all with their own large screen TVs for streaming, 2 full bathrooms and a private dock for incredible sunsets!
I tend to leave my guests alone after check in but I am ALWAYS via the app or please text/call directly. The neighbor across the street helps me manage this property, she also does all the cleaning, keeps an eye on it and also is available if anything comes up, ANYTIME!

Ideally located within 1 mile of all the top restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Easy access to Cape Coral Parkway & Hwy 75.
Full size washer/dryer located in the garage. Sliding glass doors open up all the way creating an incredible atmosphere. Extra beach and dock chairs in the hallway closet and garage. Waffle maker, panini press machine and sandwich making machine located in the kitchen.
Please put the garbage and recycling bins, both located outside the house near the garage, out on the street by Sunday night for Monday pickup.
