Charming property that sits on the shores of Conesus Lake. Monday to Sunday for July/August rental. Plenty of space for kids and adults to play games like volleyball, bocce ball, can jam, This 4 bedroom property has balconies for two bedrooms and huge windows that when all are open you sleep amazingly. With it`s large family gathering area, private bedrooms, hot tub and boat rental($300/day, rent 2 days for $500) available, included firewood, how can anything else be needed.

Very quiet private road. Perfect for a nice getaway. Owner does live next door incase anything is needed and cant reach me. Due to private road, only 4 cars maximum on property. If additional parking is needed please drive down to east lake road. Thank you

This 4 bedroom property has balconies for two bedrooms and huge windows that when all are open you sleep like you have never slept before. With it`s large family gathering area, private bedrooms, hot tub and boat rental($350/day) available, included firewood, how can anything else be needed. To protect our guests more we are in process of purchasing electrostatic disinfectant sprayer for whole house to be as clean as possible. We want our guests to feel they are at home on a beautiful lake. Reminder there is a 4 car maximum on property. No large parties please.
4 cars maximum allowed, property located on private road please. Please put all dishes cleaned and put away. Empty refrigerator and pick up any garbage outside left behind
No smoking in the property. Do not use fireplace. Do not bring sand into hot tub. Do not use fireworks. 25 years old minimum for rental. Any breaking of rules may result in loss of deposit or eviction

This is for use of kayaks or canoes and other uses of the property

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
