Set directly on Conesus Lake, this four-bedroom, three-bath lakefront home pairs contemporary interiors with generous outdoor space and panoramic water views. The .44-acre property features a sun-filled deck, outdoor stone fireplace, private 74-foot dock, modern kitchen, and comfortable gathering areas for families and groups.

Spend the morning beside the water, launch your boat from the private dock, prepare meals in the open kitchen, and gather outdoors for sunset dining. Water levels may vary, and guests bringing boats must provide their own bumpers. For local boat rentals, contact Float Finger Lakes and mention that Vibe referred you.

Guests have access to the entire home and .44-acre lot except for the garage, locked areas, and owner storage spaces. A personal vehicle is recommended, although Uber may be available in the area.

Peaceful Vacation

The house is wonderful and spacious which makes entertaining easy. Each bedroom has a split air conditioner which made sleeping very comfortable - will be staying here again.

We enjoyed this house so much. It was clean. Lots of refrigerators helped a ton. The outdoor space was so lovely. It was large and had the most beautiful view. My whole family had a great time! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for my family of 8.We did have some issues upon arrival, but maintenance and management responded very quickly.I would return.

Great spot

We recently stayed at this fantastic lake house and couldn't be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of the lake and easy access to local attractions. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable interiors that make you feel right at home. The outside area is equally impressive, featuring a lovely deck and a well-kept yard, perfect for relaxing or hosting a barbecue. One of the highlights of our stay was the fishing. The lake is teeming with fish, and we had a great time casting our lines right from the property. Whether you're an avid angler or just looking to enjoy some peaceful time by the water, this lake house is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home!

Some things to consider

Nice view. Smell of sewer was upsetting to say the least. It was noticeable periodically throughout the trip each day. We ended up leaving a day early. The grounds hadn’t been cleared of leaves and debris of acorns. The fire alarm was going off for the first hour before I had to dismantle it. It had no battery to remove. The boat dock is not suitable for a boat over 16feet in length. So that about sums it up. Over priced , and requested refund for one evening although should have asked for much more, never recieved it.

Great family vacation

Our family vacation was great! The kids had a blast, and the parents could relax. The location on the lake was spectacular. The hosts recommended a company to rent a water trampoline and paddle boards. The kids also used the kayaks. We swam, played, fished and watched the sunset over the lake every night. The house was clean. The outdoor patio area was spacious. Nearby Letchworth State Park is a must visit too. We had a great time and are very happy. Would recommend to anyone.

For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

Hot Tub Service(If applicable): The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. We’ll notify you in advance. After servicing, please wait 30 minutes before using the tub to allow chemicals to circulate properly.

Snow Removal Notice:
Our plow service works diligently around the clock to clear driveways and keep the property accessible. Please keep in mind that they service multiple homes in the area, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if there’s a short wait during heavy snowfall.

Guests will enjoy access to the entirety of the .44 acre lot with the exception of any area that is locked. Additional parking is across the street.

Garbage dumpster is also across the street.

Guests are responsible for refilling propane should the tank run out.
