▪️Alternatives: Waikiki is very walkable. Many guests skip the car and use TheBus, Biki bikes, or rideshare. Ala Moana Center, Hilton Lagoon, and the beach are all within a 10-minute walk.

▪️The Ilikai Marina is centrally located, steps from the beach, shopping, and dining. Expect some city sounds and occasional daytime building maintenance. Please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. Ear plugs and a speaker for white noise are provided for your comfort.
▪️No mail or package delivery is accepted at this property.
▪️For your security, the building uses secured elevator access. Only registered guests with a fob can access the building floors.

Building Rules – Please Kokua (Respect)
- No smoking in the unit, lanai, or building. It’s harmful to your health and pockets ($1,200 fine) !
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No parties or events.
- Small, bagged trash → use the chute at the end of the hallway.
– No bulky items in the chute.
– Cardboard and large items must be taken to the basement. Ask security if you need assistance.
