HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your 3 designated parking spaces at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. If the hot tub is left dirty, there will be a $200 fee.
