The pool heater was checked and adjusted, and while it did reach the proper temperature near the end of the visit, we understand that timing affected your family’s ability to enjoy it. We also contacted our service providers regarding the air conditioning; unfortunately, repairs were delayed beyond our control. The late-night power interruption was unexpected and resolved as quickly as possible. We regret that the cleanliness of the home did not meet your standards upon arrival. This feedback has been shared with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening again. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding the cooler and food items, and we understand how upsetting that situation can be. We appreciate you noting that the home was cute and that we made efforts to help throughout your stay.
