ChampionsGate is a premier gated community which features a world-class 18-hole golf course and resort amenities including pickleball and tennis courts, pools, water splash park, lazy river, game room, movie theatre, gym, tiki bar and full-service restaurant, cabanas, volleyball, and more! Our beautiful 4-bedroom townhome also has a small private pool and lanai for relaxing after your busy days.

Beautiful place to stay

From the moment we walked in to the home till the moment we left I have zero complaints! It was very clean, organized, had many of the essentials, and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. I would 10/10 recommend and may stay here again in the future if I come back to Disney!

Amazing Property!

From check in to check out, our stay was wonderful! The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was great for the kids. The amenities at the clubhouse were just as great! Short drive to Disney for our daughters cheer comp. We will be back!!

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at this property! Clean and quiet. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed being able to use the bigger facilities as well. Owner was in contact throughout stay. We would stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was everything and more that we could have asked for. They had everything you could need for a family, ( high chair, pack n play, baby gates, stroller).

Great vacation

It’s worth the long drive from Maryland. The place is beautiful with big rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the pool. Melony is very accommodating, responsive and always available via text.

Perfect family stay

We came out for a week with 3 kids, 2 young adults, and us. The house was a great size for the group with plenty of room for separation, but also large enough shared spaces for us to spend time together. It was great having not only the pool in the backyard, but also access to both the Oasis and the Retreat water parks. The property owner was very communicative and we had no snags during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

A Wonderful Spot to Vacation

A very clean, fresh property with wonderful decor and layout! We loved everything about the property including the property’s pool and patio area. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds, and the kitchen was amazing! The nearby water park provided lots of fun too! Great location for area attractions as well! We would definitely go back. The condo was airy and spacious for our family of six people! Again top marks for this property!

Absolutely perfect 5 star stay

Everything was perfect with this stay from the beginning to the very end. This home is so beautifully decorated, it’s fabulously maintained, it’s stocked with more supplies then an average rental home. Location was excellent and the property managers were phenomenal. I adored all of the attention to detail that went into everything in this home. It truly doesn’t get any better than this one!

Perfect vacay

The house was PERECT ! Close to Disneys magic Kingdom animal kingdom and SeaWorld ..The onsite pool was perfect and had a few floats and a basketball float game !Then right around the corner was a water park and 1 mile away yet another water park ! Very clean beautiful house stocked with all the nessesities and then some ! The host quickly responded to all my questions...I definatly would recommend anyone stay here ...I'm looking forward to my next vacay so I can rebook !

Fantastic Stay

The property was wonderful! The home was everything as described in listing. Communication was great as well ! The home provided all of our needs from the kitchen, to the pool, to soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. My family and I even added an extra day. I would definitely refer this home and stay again if the dates allowed my family & I .

Great 3-generation family experience

We've stayed at several vacation rentals in Florida and this house was one of the best. Very well-stocked with essentials not only for one or two days but for our entire 8 night stay.The grandchildren loved the Oasis Club, the water slides and lazy river. The tennis courts were a short drive away but were also a big hit.The golf course on-site (beautifully integrated into the resort) looked a little challenging and expensive for our two golfers but there were other courses nearby.The host (Melony) was very responsive.Despite the unseasonably cold temperatures (only 2 days made it into low twenties (*C) the amenities helped everyone enjoy their stay.Do check traffic conditions for travel in the area (Disney, airport etc) as the surrounding highways can get very busy.

Excellent stay in the Orlando area

Overall great property especially for those with younger kids. Very clean and check in was effortless. The house is in great condition, and is kept up well. Pool was definitely a deciding factor in where to stay, and while not the largest it was excellent for the kids. I didn’t make it over to the clubhouse area, but others in our party did and they had great things to say. Only negative about the clubhouse pool was that it was cold, but the pool at the house was at 90 degrees so that definitely made up for it.

This home was worth the value

We stayed for our Disneyworld vacation for a week. The house was clean and there was great parking. We loved having access to the community water park areas which were very close by and free! Starbucks is less than 10 min away as well as the grocery store which was convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Disney drive was about 30 min to the parks which was perfect for us. The gated entry to the community was a little tricky but once you got the visitors pass and used the returning visitor lane it made the process much easier. Check in was easy as we arrived very late and the owner was responsive to our questions.
