Come stay in the tropical Bodacious Oasis! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse is situated in Champions Gate with full access to the Oasis Clubhouse amenities. Enjoy your own private pool and full complimentary use of a BBQ grill when you stay at this piece of paradise! Each room has a private flat screen TV so there’s no more fighting over the remote control. -Bedroom One Downstairs: 1 King bed. Bedroom Two Upstairs Ensuite: 1 King Bed. Bedroom Three Upstairs Ensuite : 2 Double Beds (Bunk Bed). Bedroom Four Upstairs: 1 Double bed and 1 Twin Bed.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Less than 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Perfect family stay!

We loved the Bodacious Oasis! It was a wonderful space for my husband, me and our three children, ages 19, 18 and 16. We loved the pool and patio - and the tropical-like Oasis water park was amazing! The owners even had 5 beach towels for us! Had a small hiccup when the coffee maker wasn’t working. I sent a chat to the owner and a brand new one was delivered by the end of the day! Great communication and customer service! We will 100 percent stay again!

Great place to stay!

We really loved the property and the location, but I wish there were a few necessities available, such as dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. It was advertised as having some, but there was none during our stay. Those items should come with the rental.

Great vacation

Property looks just like the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, pool was warm and pool area in general was just great. House was clean and spacious. Resort area was lots of fun and clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family getaway

We lived the property. Property needs mixing bowls and dish towels. Also pot holders. No worry we got what we needed from Walmart. Weather was not the best. But we enjoyed our time together.

Our stay was good. We were at the theme parks most of the time. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use measuring cups, measuring spoons, and a mixing bowl. The only issue we had was the safety concerns of the neighborhood. The first night we were stuck in construction on the interstate after closing the park. Police are at the exit lights flashing. We wait for 30 minutes to get in the gate. The street was dark and not a lot of other people. The curtains in the main living area on the sliding glass doors was not full coverage. I was nervous that the sliding door locks seemed like they could be easily manipulated and I didn’t have a stick/handle to place for extra security. The second night the police were at the gate again lights flashing. It was a single line and took a while and we were told there was an “incident.” We heard sirens most of the night. It took about 40 minutes to get to Epic with the traffic in the morning. We made it to Disney in about 25-30 min. After arriving home, I read multiple posts of tourists that were robbed while sleeping if their purses and things on tables. Robbers entering while they slept,entering through the sliding glass doors. I hope these doors will somehow get better coverings and increased security on the locks somehow. I am thankful we were not a target but I question the safety of Champions Gate. I google searched and it confirmed my fears. It seems to happen often. Host response was great, easy checking and out. Issue is safety.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay at Bodacious Oasis. Everything was just as described. The house was clean and ready for check-in at the scheduled time. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. I was able to cook and do laundry when I needed to. I will be visiting Florida again in the very near future and will definitely use Florida Spirit for that stay.

Horrible Communication No pool

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vrbo NumberRating:We fought to get pool heat for 3 days. No one assisted until day 3 when they finally responded and sent someone to the home an found the heat was not working correctly. We lost half our stay pool time because of this and we drove hours just for the pool with the kids. I just wish the management would have responded faster and took it seriously at first. We called and emailed numerous times and the issue wasn’t addressed. Then we were told someone was coming on day 2 but they never came and no response until we called multiple times on day 3. This is troubling. Definitely a waste.

Reviewer Comments: There were ants all over island couldn't eat there and didn't put any thing there.There were ants around sink area and all around carpet.There was a swarm on wall by pantry.The dryer vent full of lint fire hazard.The vents in bathrooms were in need of vacuum.The patio door by pool didn't lock so security issue especially when there were police n sheriff cars all over area one evening.There wasn't a number to call after hours as this was when we noticed door didn't lock n didn't feel good at the time.The garbage bin needed a wash out.The light switch in bedroom over pool behind bed hard to access to charge phone or I pad need an extension with electric n USB.Freezer gasket kept falling off.Overall I did enjoy my stay.There could have been a tourist info package about area about shopping etc.Overall would try again a stay.

May Trip-Pool Heat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rooms and comfortable commons areas. If your staying in May and plan to swim in the evenings definitely recommend getting the pool heat. We didn't and after sun down it was nearly to cold to swim. The only down side to these rentals is you cant turn the air down past 74, which makes it uncomfortable in the evening and at night because its just cool enough that it doesn't kick on but makes the house hot because there is no cool air circulating.

Great Oasis get-a-way

We had a vacation rental through another company and when we arrived the other house was dirty, non -working smoke alarms and many other things to numerous. To mention. I inquired about this property and it was available for remainder of our vacation. This home was very clean, anything we needed was there. Pool at home was nice with nice furniture… we were so very pleased and grateful!!! The community has many amenities… would rent again!!!

I wish we had known that the neighborhood pool does not allow outside food and beverages (only water). It also seemed that no matter the day or time there is always traffic to the theme parks. A 20 minute drive almost always took 40.

The perfect condo for our family

We had a great time staying at this condo during our stay in the Championsgate area! My daughter has a dance convention every year the weekend before Thanksgiving and this year instead of staying at the host hotel, my family chose to stay at a condo near the hotel! I’m so glad we did because we all enjoyed our stay and there was more than enough room for my little family of 4! Also, I appreciate that the heat for the private pool was included in the stay for the winter months, this was a big factor in my decision to rent this condo over others in the same resort area! My family enjoyed the private pool and also the Oasis clubhouse lazy river, pools and kid splash areas and loved that it was in walking distance to the condo! Thank you for a lovely and clean rental in the Championsgate area!!!
