Sea Isle Oasis located at 3931 Fort Bend Dr in the golf cart community of Sea Isle on Galveston's west end. This house is an amazing family fun vacation destination! Once inside the fully fenced back yard you will be invited to enjoy the inground pool and spa, Silverback basketball goal (basketball provided), professionally installed putting green(s) perfect for any golf enthusiast, horseshoe pits (horseshoes provided), ping pong table (balls and paddles provided) and plenty of seating both outdoors and under the main area of the house. Professionally landscaped beds with palms and updated exterior lighting accent the yard. Large overhead doors can be raised on the south and north sides of the ground floor to create the perfect indoor/outdoor setting both in and out of the sun!
The newly refreshed interior includes all new paint, lighting, ceiling fans, vinyl floor planks, refrigerator, microwave, beds, bedding, towels, most furnishings, and coastal decor. The main floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, two open living areas, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, 2 nightstands w/USB chargers, dresser, ceiling fan, Roku TV, closet, wooden window shutters for room darkening.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed 2 nightstands w/USB chargers, dresser, ceiling fan, Roku Tv, small closet, wooden window shutters for room darkening.
Bedroom 3 also has a king bed, 2 nightstands w/USB chargers, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, Roku TV, and wooden shutters for room darkening. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with shower only.
Bedroom 4 has a king bed, 2 nightstands w/USB chargers, Roku TV, lighted ceiling fan, room darkening shades, and a dresser.
All of the bedrooms have an extra blanket and extra pillows.
The patio living area has a daybed with a pull-out pop-up trundle. The bed can be made into one king bed (bedding provided in the drawers) or 2 twin beds (bedding provided)
Bathroom 1 is a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom with shower only.
Both bathrooms have 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, towels, hand soap, first aid kit, and a few cleaning supplies.
The ground floor also has a bathroom (toilet and sink) which are not climate controlled, an outdoor hot and cold shower (perfect for rinsing off after the beach!) There are also 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and a few cleaning supplies.
The kitchen is fully stocked for 12 with all cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, serving dishes, etc.
A Keurig coffee maker is available in both a 12-cup drip of use with single pods.
We do provide a "starter pack" for the kitchen, bath, and laundry consisting of:
5-6 dishwasher pods
3-4 large trash bags
1-2 small trash bags for bathrooms
5-6 Keurig pods
Coffee filters
Vegetable oil, salt and pepper, and a few spices
Dish soap and sponge
Hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen
5-6 laundry pods
Dryer Sheets
Spray n Wash
2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Cleaning products under sink and in all bathrooms.
We also provide a vacuum, swiffer, broom, and dust pan.
The ground level is loaded with activities. Including a beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub with 2 in pool lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a swim up table. 10 Beach towels are also provided.
During your stay a 2-hour hot tub "heating" is included each night of your reservation. The hot tub is managed with Wi-Fi. Just send a text and the heat will turn on and heat to 104 for 2 hours. You control the airflow and the bubbles. If you wish to use the hot tub more than once / day and it has not maintained an ideal temperature an additional charge of $35 / 2 hours.
In addition to the pool, the ground level has a ping pong table, horseshoes, 3-hole lighted professional putting green (putt-putt clubs and balls provided), corn hole, basketball goal, Roku TV, Plenty of shaded seating inside the garage area and under the lighted palapa, and a small drink refrigerator. For your beach days we have a wagon and sunshade, two kayaks, two paddle boards, and a few beach toys.
We owner manage an additional two other homes in the neighborhood and have been providing guests with 5-star vacation stays in Sea Isle since 2021. We also live in the neighborhood and will be available during your stay. We take pride in the amenities and the cleanliness of our Sea Isle Vacation homes!
We are finishing up the improvements on the ground floor of this house which include resurfacing the garage floor and adding cedar walls to the room with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.
We have had so many requests for the house, that we uploaded the pictures a little early! Professional pictures and a video coming soon. This is our 5th neighborhood project! (plus, our own house), My husband retired and doesn't sit still well!!!!! We currently have 2 other active properties in Sea Isle. (Sea Isle Bay Watch and Sea Isle Canal Breeze) Both are on the water with 5-star reviews.

We live in Sea Isle full time. My husband's family had a place on the island when he was young. Hurricane Alicia removed it from the map! We were able to return to Galveston when our girls were young. They are now both in professional school, but they too are quick to come home for a getaway fishing trip to reset. We love it here and hope that you will too.
We owner manage the property! Unlike the big rental management companies, we are constantly updating and maintaining the property for the life near the water. Cleanliness and your enjoyment are our priorities. We are more concerned with quality of the rental experience over quantity!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Sea Isle is a great family community. It has so much to offer all within walking distance of the house. The community offers a lighted fishing pier, West End Marina Bar and Restaurant, marina store, bait shop, tennis courts (also lined for pickleball), community pool, boat launch, covered pavilion, playground, and a small basketball court. Beach access is directly across from the main entrance to the neighborhood!
