Beautiful property located right across the street from the beach. Easy access to grocery, gold cart rental, restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable, it was nice having a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Great host!

I can honestly say this was one of the best, if not the best, condo rental I have had the pleasure to rent. I have stayed in several condos in Maravilla and Tonya’s place was amazing. It is beautifully decorated, the first floor location makes it very easy to access, and it has absolutely everything you could possibly need available. It was very clean and had the little touches that make a visit pleasant and memorable.Tonya was quick to respond to inquiries and even checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. I look forward to returning as soon as possible.This beautiful place deserves a rating higher than a 10!

Beautiful home with easy beach access. The property was spotless, with all the necessary amenities Communicating with Tonya was timely and effortless. Wonderful stay and we’ll definitely return!PS if a “child” traveling with you is over 6’ tall, the bunk beds may be a challenge. However, she provided all the items needed to make the pull-out sofa bed comfy.

We had a terrific time! Loved the property. Perfect for a couple or small family. Had everything we needed for a great week. Short walk to private beach access (about 3 minutes or so.)Beach service included was a definite plus for us. It was very clean and well maintained. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. Location was great for getting around the busy area too. Also, the bath and a half was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay there again.

She went above and beyond by providing recommendations for Fourth of July fireworks, local attractions, and restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Very clean unit! Tonya has thought of everything, down to having a soap/shampoo holder in the shower (I brought my own due to past experience, but didn’t need it), it’s the little details. Location is perfect with a convenient walk to the beach, pickleball courts, and swimming pool. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella setup at the beach took the stress off of me for the inevitable question of “where are we going to sit”. 100% recommend this unit and Tonya, we hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed for a long weekend in August and loved this unit! First of all, Maravilla is a really nice complex in a perfect location. We wouldn't have had to use our car at all if we didn't want to, as the beach is just across the street and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. This unit was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, linens in bedrooms/bathrooms top notch and clean and soft. The kitchen was well-stocked with absolutely everything we needed! Another touch that I appreciated was how organized the kitchen was. Everything we looked for, from cooking utensils and dishes to cleaning products, was there, and so well-maintained. It's obvious that the owner takes great pride in this unit and cares for it well! We've been coming to Destin for 20-plus years but this was our first time at this property and we'll most definitely stay again.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 3. It was close to the beach and super close to the pool, spacious and beautifully decorated. Tonya was such a great host! She was very communicative and thoughtful! I especially loved how the kitchen had practically everything you could need.

This is the perfect beach getaway! Super clean! Bed was very comfortable and beach setup was awesome! We enjoyed walking to Pompano Joes for dinner and being on the ground made loading/unloading a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Serenity By The Sea!

Well stocked,very clean, great location just a short walk to the beach. The host is awesome did everything she could to accommodate any needs. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Tonya is the most welcoming and accommodating host we have ever met. Her condo is extremely well appointed, clean and well stocked. She thought of everything. We felt like it was our home away from home during our six week stay.

This condo was clean and well-appointed. I greatly appreciated the amount of starter supplies provided by the host. It was .2 miles from the beachfront, which was an easy walk! The beach area is private and gated, so it was not crowded at all! Tanya was quickly responsive to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla hosted by Tanya!

When each of us book a stay through a booking service, we do so hope that all goes well, and everything is as stated in the listing. We spent our honeymoon in Destin, FL in 1980 and have only been back a couple of times in those 46 years. So needless to say we really were going into this trip with big expectations.You hope the sunset is as spectacular as the sunrise(each one was perfect)! You hope the water is as clear as the sand is white(both were perfect each day)! You hope the food is as good as it was 46 years ago(much better)! You hope the weather is as good as the rental/condo unit (both were better than expected)!As great as all that was, the greatest pleasure of our trip was the Host and condo. Tonya was absolutely the best host we have worked with. The communication throughout the booking process was quick and efficient. I had 2 questions concerning the gate and door code during our travel to the unit and she responded quickly and with easy-to-follow directions. The condo unit itself was just as described in the listing, but with one pleasant surprise. It was absolutely the cleanest unit we have stayed in. The bedding was so comfortable and linens/towels crisp and clean. The kitchen utensils must have been recently replaced as it had every item you have at your home. There was plenty of software items (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry\dish detergent, etc.). There were clear and concise directions on the checkout procedures. No guessing what was expected

1000/10 would stay at the condo again & rent from Tonya! She is an angel—so kind, & u can tell she takes pride in her condo & making guests feel at home. The location is GREAT, close to the beach, & came with beach chair/umbrella rentals, a huge plus! The condo was clean & stocked with everything u could need: cleaning supplies, dishes, cooking essentials, trash bags, dish soap, scrub brush, hand soap, toilet paper for the stay, laundry detergent, etc. I’ve never stayed at a condo that provided all of these supplies. Check-in was a breeze! When I told her we were flying in very late & asked her to let me know when the condo would be available Saturday, she immediately responded, “I’ll have it ready by this evening.” Due to a flight delay, we didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM Saturday. With young kids, being able to get into the condo early so they could get a good night’s sleep instead of sleeping a few hours at my gparents house made the world of difference. We were so grateful, & she didn’t charge us for the extra time—a very kind gesture that shows exactly what kind of person she is. The only things I wish the condo had were a broom/dustpan & heavier blankets. I’m anemic & always cold, but not a huge deal. I’m sure if I’d asked, the host would have gladly helped. I could go on & on, but u should book & find out for yourself! Thank u for a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo & for being so kind!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Absolutely love the pics! There’s a broom & dustpan in the hvac closet. There’s two heavier blankets, one in the Livingroom cabinet under tv and one in the bottom dresser drawer in the bedroom. Please reach out next visit if you all need anything.
