Need some repairs

Couple of issues, the coffee maker was broken. The grout that should have been white was black throughout the condo and very sticky. I mopped the kitchen floor myself on my hands and knees.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on the high end descriptions and prices, we were expecting a high end unit. Not the case - the furniture was very old and uncomfortable, the towels were thin, and the toilet paper was almost like sandpaper. The king size bed was fine. The location and gulf view was excellent; but this unit is in sore need of an upgrade. Also, our feet got very dirty from the floor - not sure if this was from inside the unit or from the balcony, or both. Regarding management staff, there was not any - not a soul, not a front desk, nothing.

Great Winter Home

We are close to so many opportunities to explore and enjoy. Until the prices rise such that we can no longer justify the expense, we will continue to enjoy our winters here.

The shower in the bathroom beside the bedroom was broken. Reported it on Sunday and it wasn’t fixed until Wednesday. The maintenance guy just enter red the condo. Never knocked or anything just came right on in. This was the only issue besides no spatula nor was there in dish clothes or towels for the kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: Master Shower was not working, was told it would be fixed before we got there and it wasn’t. No one reached out and we had to share the guest bathroom for the entire vacation. Not very well kept up either. Cleaner doesn’t dust so most of the place was covered with dust. Much better places to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a decent, but not spectacular, unit. The furnishings are a bit dated and tattered for this building. The place was cleaned properly by the management company, but it could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some attention to trim. Management company was great; however, this is the second time in a row we've rented through them and paid for the early check-in time and still had to call to get the code after they missed the window. A minor inconvenience, but it has happened twice.

Spring Break Destin trip

Problem is we were there last at this same unit about 5 years ago and NOTHING has changed in it She even recognized the bedspread. It's not awful, just looks VERY tired. But the view is still wonderful.

October 2022 vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love Seascape.. this condo has a fabulous view and that’s why we chose it. It was perfect size for just 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms sufficient. However, it’ needs a little updating. It’s time for bigger TVs in each room, furniture is losing support and fading, the kitchen needs an inventory check. Pans are looking shabby, no scissors, hot pads, or leftover containers. Appliances were superb though, very nice. My preference is more rugs. Tile floors are hard on me. But it looks great. Had a slow drain in the bathtub and called maintenance and it was fixed within a few hours. A great condo but just my opinion needs a little updating.

The furniture was very old and not very comfortable. There were not potholders in the kitchen and no pantry so the kitchen was cluttered with our groceries. The mattress in the bedroom was AWFUL. I ended up sleeping in the top bunk, which was super comfy! The shower door in the bedroom fell off the tracks multiple times (even though we followed the directions taped to the door) and it hit my daughter when she was showering. There was also dried something on the floor under a chair where someone obviously didn’t move the furniture to mop.

Very outdated, absolutely disgusting moldy showers. A/C didn't work first day (they did fix on the second day) Furniture is old, should be replaced, especially pull-out couch. Property management was friendly and helpful. The pools and grounds were nice, like the location just would not recommend this unit.

Loved our stay, but the bathroom floor had hair all over it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Also found dog food under the couch when we folded it out into a bed. We owned 95D there for 15 plus years and I have owned a restaurant in Auburn for 22 years. So understand it happens, but was disappointing.

606B Beach vacation Destin 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It wasn't clean, bugs in the hallway, hair inside the freezer door, animal hair on the floors that hadn't been swept, not had the end tables. The children about us kept running for hours across the floor. Codes to the lobby and the pool did not work. Called several times to get help for the codes and all I got back was the same codes to use which did not let us back into the lobby. Found not humor in having to walk around the condo and come in tbe back door of the lobby.

Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience. Unfortunately, we can't control bugs located in the hallways of any complex in Florida - as bugs on walkthroughs and open breezeway hallways are simply a byproduct of the beach. Likewise, we are unable to tell children to not play and move in units that are not a specific guests. The complexes do have quiet hours (10pm - 8am) so if this were occurring during those times, we would be happy to reach out to other guests to request that their children not play. We do regret that you had difficulty with the wireless key code. Again, unfortunately we were not able to replicate the code error with any of our other guests - so we do apologize for the frustration this brought you - however the wireless code to the gates is the same for all guests at any given one point. We do regret that your stay was not perfect, and we do apologize for the hair that you found inside of your freezer door. Thank you for allowing us to immediately come and clean your fridge and freezer again to assure that this problem was remedied immediately.

Good but not to clean!

It had sand in beds bathrooms were pretty dirty and dusty. Sheets on the master bedroom had stains on them. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the place but we enjoyed our family time and the views were amazing. Kitchen was nice.
