Condo was great and the host was very responsive to all of our questions. We were able to bring our Corgi and Mixed breed dog which is a huge plus. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

The host was amazing. Best communication I have had with a host. We have stayed at maravilla before and we had the best view of the ocean. Beds are very comfortable. Would stay at again.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this condo and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The ocean views were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening special. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable, and the property had all the amenities we could ask for.What truly set this stay apart was the owner. Communication was excellent from the time we booked until the day we left. During a storm that occurred during our visit, the owner wasespecially attentive, providing timely updates and helpful information, which gave us peace of mind and made the situation much less stressful.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable condo with breathtaking ocean views and a host who genuinely cares about their guests, this is the place. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

We had the best stay and don’t want to leave! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. This was an our first time staying in this area of Miramar and have loved being able to walk to restaurants. The boardwalk and sidewalks are great. Love that it is dog-friendly but so clean you couldn’t tell another pet has been here- coming from someone who is highly allergic to most pets. The chair rentals were also a major plus. Thank you for a great vacation!

The Condo at Maravilla was very clean, updated & liked the use of the extra beach towels & the wagon was great hauling all of our stuff to the beach with the new ramp access. The short walk to the pool & beach from the condo was wonderful & loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view when having morning coffee & cocktails in the evening. Our hostess Louise responded to my questions quickly prior to booking & the checking in and out process went very smoothly. Thanks for stay at your beautiful condo & looking forward to booking again in the future.

This was my second time staying at the Maravilla property (first was 10 years ago), but first time in condo 2210. This condo looks exactly like the pictures and was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The owner had starter essentials which was super nice and everything you need for cooking and even coffee. The complimentary umbrella and chairs at the beach was wonderful, plus she had extra in the condo if needed. The view of the beach was amazing, and I also took advantage of the covered patio the day it rained. It’s a safe area and great location within walking distance of several seafood places including Pompano Joe’s as well as a couple of coffee shops. Other restaurants and shopping areas are easily accessible by car or golf cart. The host was super quick to respond to messages which made communication easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and host!

The condo had a great view of the beach. I loved that it was a pet friendly condo. We walked our dogs 4 times a day on the beach boardwalk across the street. We also walked to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour. Louise was very friendly & easy to communicate with.

Best view of beautiful Emerald Coast and amazing sunrises & sunsets. Condo was beautifully furnished and close to several restaurants. The boardwalk and direct access to the beach are great especially with the new ramps. Definitely our favorite condos to stay in Miramar Beach!!

Our stay was wonderful! Louise the host responds promptly to any question. Check in and out is a breeze. The property is very well maintained and the community is very friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The view of the beautiful gulf waters was amazing right out our windows. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony as well. Our dog enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sestin.
