Cette propriété est une maison de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain vue sur la plage dans la communauté de Pirates Beach. Il a 2 rois, 1 reine et 4 complet (2 lits superposés récemment achetés) et deux lits de repos et peut accueillir confortablement 12.
Situé à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de la plage, ce chalet confortable est le cadre idéal pour vos vacances en famille.

Une grande allée peut garer 4 voitures. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une entrée de la suite qui comprend deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bains et une buanderie. La volée d'escaliers mène à une immense terrasse couverte qui sera le lieu de rencontre et de divertissement pour vos vacances. Détendez-vous, écoutez les vagues et admirez la vue sur la plage tout en décompressant votre autre vie. À l’intérieur de la maison, le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine à aire ouverte sont dotés de baies vitrées qui favorisent les soirées de jeux en famille et les conversations informelles. Un escalier en colimaçon mène au troisième étage calme avec deux chambres à coucher.

This little bungalow was exactly what a stay at the beach should be. We loved the huge front deck, the view, the quick walk to the beach. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we could want for our stay.

The bedrooms downstairs were very small, very smelly. The kitchen was very small as well, not convenient for families or cooking. The bedrooms upstairs had slanted roof which didnt show on the pics. The bbq pit was very rusted. The beach chairs were also old except for 2 Very small and narrow stairs case to lead upstairs

Really Nice Place

We would definitely book again. Short walk to the beach, like 2 minutes end of the block. All the beach accessories are provided along with wagons to haul it all. Clean place, lots of games provided. Huge deck, we were there a lot. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had most everything we needed. One thing to note-the two ground floor bedrooms were not “connected” to the upstairs inside, only by outside stairs. It was fine for us, but may not be for younger kids by themselves. Really nice owner and easy to get ahold of. Bathrooms were great and lots of hot water. Really enjoyed our weekend!

Awesome place

The host was incredibly kind and really went above and beyond to help accommodate us after Hurricane Beryl blew through and worked to make sure our stay was perfect. Great location, close to the beach and we love that it had a ground level rooms for the older folks who can't easily do stairs and a room of bunks for kids/teens. The deck was perfect for eating and lounging. Great place! We'll be back!

Perfect Property!

This home had everything we needed! Space for teens below. Living space above for everyone to gather to watch movies. And oh. The covered porch was a dream with the breeze coming in!!!! Very few homes have such a large covered porch and this was perfect! Jennifer’s hospitality was spot on with nice touches and excellent communication. Hands down we would stay here again!!!

Cute getaway

This house is in the perfect location. The host also adds little touches to make it feel like a bed and breakfast. Two of the rooms are completely separate from the kitchen, living, and other two rooms. You have to go outside and downstairs to get to the other 2 rooms. Two of the rooms are also all the way upstairs with a narrow staircase. Nothing wrong with it, just for reference purposes.

Best Beach Stay

We had a great time at this beach house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Sunrises at the beach were amazing. The second deck porch was a great place to sit anytime of the day with the beach breeze even in the heat of summer.

Overall a great place to stay. Didn't realize you had to go through the bedroom with bunk beds to get to one of the other bedrooms as well as a bathroom. We made it work. Would also like to see them leave more towells. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

Great beach house

Very comfortable house with every accommodation and accessory you could need and if they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The house is in a perfect location. Only a very short walk to the beach. We rented golf carts, which made it even easier. We truly enjoyed our long weekend!

Thanksgiving

We loved our stay in the beach bungalow over the holiday! Jennifer you are a great host and so accommodating! For future guests….the property sits on a cul-de-sac and other house in the circle are for rent. So the other half our family rented the property next door. The the kids were able to play football in the cul-de-sac, enjoy the hammock under the deck or run down to the beach. The upstairs porch is covered so even on a rainy day everyone could still enjoy outside. The property is just precious. From a cute little coffee bar in the kitchen to the cozy bedrooms on the 3rd floor. A small detail to some but I love the amount of beach towels you all provide. So appreciated with children in the mix! It was a sweet getaway for us.

Fantastic house near the beach with lovely fine touches!!!

This beach house is a great place to stay for couples or families. It's very clean, organized, and has all the things you need for your stay. One of the really nice things is all the details with the small things. Water bottles with custom labels for our group, all the linens, paper products, full kitchen and even a bottle of champagne. It's also very well-appointed with comfy beds, couches, and chairs. I had a couple of questions and Jennifer (manager) responded right away. Plenty of parking, lots of beach toys, and 100 yards to the beach. You can't go wrong. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Amenities

We stayed here for a family reunion and the house had a great deck and living room to accommodate everyone. My only complaint seems to have to do with neighborhood rules. My family that was in town for the reunion split up into three different homes in Galveston and we rotated each evening for dinner. There were a lot of us, but we were not partying or playing loud music. We had kids present. All vehicles parked in the driveway and everyone not staying at the house was gone by 8pm. We received a complaint about this. Besides this we had a great time. There were a lot of amenities not seen at many other homes. This included beach toys, water, charcoal, large shampoo and conditioners for the shower. Home was also only a short distance to the beach.

Family Gathering

The rental transaction was easy and timely. The property was very clean, and pleasantly decorated. We especially enjoyed the covered upstairs deck, where we spent most of our family time together. One feature we loved was the gate at the top of the stairs. We had a toddler with us, and this small safety feature provided a big benefit! We also used and appreciated the extras that came with the rental. To name few: charcoal grill, bottled water, toiletries, Prosecco, margarita mix, and a variety of coffee pods. We loved the proximity to the beach and the location in a cul-de-sac. I highly recommend this property for you next small family gathering.

Our family has been enjoying Galveston for over 20 years. It has been a dream of ours to own a home near the beach. Our family loves to play volleyball and fly kites on the beach. Our neighbors are an added bonus to this home. Everyone who we have met has been wonderful. I hope you enjoy the relax beach life as much as I do!

You know what they say "location, location, location!" We absolutely love this area and wanted a family friendly home that was close to the beach. The house was nicely maintained but we added our own special touches this year. Come see for yourself!
