The Space:

This particular lake house property within 5RK Ranch Lakeside is designed to accommodate 12-persons, but if your kids or other young people (0-17) want to throw a few sleeping bags on the floor -- the house can accommodate up to 16 total. There is an additional per night fee for > 12 Guests.

The estate features multiple lake homes positioned across more than 20-acres and over 2,000 feet of sandy, crystal-clear shoreline, offering panoramic views of both sunrise and sunset throughout the summer months.



Guest Access:

Private lake house with main entrance front-door secured with digital deadbolt door lock. Guest will be provided a unique digital door lock key-code prior to check-in for their exclusive use during their stay.

The Hayward Lakes Area is located in Sawyer County, WI, home of 55,000 acres of lakes, 300,000 acres of forestland, and countless miles of rivers. The Hayward Area is a sports and recreation mecca that offers not only world-class fishing but year-round enjoyment for everyone. From sunrise fishing to sunset boat rides, 5RK Ranch Lakeside offers guests access to endless opportunities for water recreation. Swim from private docks, kayak through calm waters, or simply relax with morning coffee watching the mist rise off the lake. Winter transforms the landscape into a peaceful wonderland perfect for ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and cozy holiday season gatherings.

Situated on a secluded 20-acre peninsula and 2,000 ft of lakeshore on Little Round Lake, with easy boat access to the larger Big Round side of Round Lake If there is something of particular interest, don't hesitate to reach out to the 5RK Ranch Lakeside concierge team for additional guidance.

Other Things to Note:

Update / notice of new amenities at 5RK Ranch beginning May 2026.



For those guests with a need to accommodate ages 0-4, both properties will include a bath tub as well as basic pack and play to help support Guest needs.



5RK Ranch Lakeside WILL also be providing each Guest lake house with a canoe / kayak / SUP as well as providing a sturdy free-standing rack for storage of these items, secured by lock, adjacent to the lighted, private dock accompanying the property.



For those Guests bringing their own boat our private boat docks provide plenty of secure, boat docking space. And since we do not yet have on-property boats to offer our Guests, we offer our Guests a significant % discount (inquire directly for details) against their primary (1) boat rental (at local participating boat rental partners) should they so choose to rent a boat during their stay with us (a min night stay required).

***. With over 20-acres on the private 5RK Ranch Lakeside estate, we have plenty of designated space for safe, secure, free, on-site guest vehicle and trailer parking. RV's and motor homes not allowed. Please let the 5RK Ranch Lakeside Concierge team know about your parking needs ahead of your arrival so we can reserve your spaces. NOTE: Camping is not allowed on 5RK Ranch Lakeside including tents, trailers, vans, or other.
