Wake up to the sound of waves and sip coffee on a breezy covered deck with a front-row view of the Gulf. This classic West End beach bungalow blends easy, barefoot living with thoughtful updates: central A/C, bright engineered wood floors, and an upgraded kitchen and bath for effortless post-beach cleanup. The main level offers two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath, while a flexible ground-level bedroom/living suite with its own full bath adds privacy for early risers, in-laws, or another couple. The bunk bedroom has a separate entrance on the first floor. The bunk room is located at ground level, underneath the house in the carport area. After sandy adventures just steps from the shoreline, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, stash your gear downstairs, and gather around the backyard fire pit for s'mores under the stars. You'll be on a quieter stretch of beach yet minutes from island dining, groceries, and attractions along the Seawall and The Strand. On-site parking, deck seating with ocean views, and simple, clean finishes make this a relaxed coastal home base for families and friends looking to unwind, explore, and make memories by the water. Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
