St. Regis is an oceanfront condominium complex of 240 retreats located on the scenic shores at the north end of Topsail Island. Though we are within easy access to Surf City, Sneads Ferry, Jacksonville, Wilmington, and New Bern, you will find plenty of activities to keep you and the family happy and occupied right here. Apart from the inviting sandy shores and aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean, you will never run out of activities to keep you busy at St. Regis. With things like beach chair and umbrella rentals, a fully-equipped fitness center with sauna, outdoor pools, children's playground, Family Fun Zone arcade, on-site restaurants like Ocean's Edge Restaurant and Beach Bums Cabana Grille, an ice cream shop, and much, much more, St. Regis can make your family's vacation experience everything you dreamed it could be and then some!

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with views of the beach, and the ocean. The living room boasts forever views of the ocean and spectacular sunrises. Be sure to get up early at least once to catch Mother Nature at her finest! The condo boasts new laminate flooring throughout. The living area has a comfortable seating group of sofa and loveseat, perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the incredible view. Entertainment options include a TV with a DVD. You will find this a lovely respite to relax and talk about the day's fun while planning for the next day's activities. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony as you listen to the waves crashing against the shore and the seagulls chattering.

A fully equipped and updated kitchen has a full complement of appliances and everything the family chef will need to prepare snacks and meals for the family. The convenient breakfast bar seats three and the wet bar is located just off the kitchen area. You will love using it to prepare your cocktails and wine! The formal dining table seats four and is also well situated to take the best advantage of the view. You will have the best seat in the house for every meal!

You will find yourself lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the two bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom boasts an en suite bath with a spacious stand-alone shower. The second bedroom offers a TV and private balcony access. The hall bath offers a single vanity and tub/shower.

Beautiful Condo!

Great location, beautiful, clean condo with all the amenities needed! We do enjoyed the balcony and the fully stocked kitchen and cozy living room. Just steps to the beach and the restaurant on site is wonderful!

Good Stay with Family

There were five of us so it was big enough. We had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. We weren’t inside much to get crowded. The balcony is fantastic. We saw dolphins swimming by. The unit was very clean.

Our Week at St. Regis

We had a wonderful time, the week passed too quickly. We loved the beach view from our balcony as well as our time at the oceanfront. The time in the ocean waters was fun for the family. The girls enjoyed looking for and finding their sea shells. In the evening they also enjoyed the pool where they made many friends and had lots of run. It was a great time and we plan on doing this again next year.

Outstanding view

This place was clean, had extra amenities such as makeup wipes and shampoo and soap, and inside washer dryer. The view was exceptional to the sea. Also, the arcade and little game stations outside were a hit with my grandkids. Vacasa was attentive and communicates quickly and is able to reach at anytime I needed for even general questions. I enjoyed our stay and would use Vacasa for our rental again when able.

Spacious condo

Condo was clean except under the couch hadn’t been swept n a while, seen 2 small roaches on the ceiling, kitchen was well equipped and condo was spacious enough for all of us. Loved the chairs on the balcony, Im a rocker and really enjoyed the glider. The Queen let out sofa bed was a tad rough according to my daughter and her hubby but we made do. Over all I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Would stay again but next trip I want all my children to be comfy and rest well so I would need 3 bedroom next time, thanks for everything, we enjoyed!

This property is run by a bot. Despite an incoming storm, I could not cancel ahead of time. There was zeo compromise having had to deal with a machine. The shower dooor does not close. The balcony overlooks a parking area, not the pool. The pool was off limis during my stay, and the AI bot I had to communicate with made zero concessions. This is the type of unit that makes you feel uncomfortable as there are rules posted everywhere. It was a very cold setting, and I would recommend choosing another place. It felt like an uptight hotel room, and it lacked present day amenities. The tv is set 15 feet from the couch, and the tv is both small and old. There is only one way to the unit, and that is via the slowest elevator on planet earth, which wreaked of cleanser. There was not a human being to deal with, therefore, nothing coyld be resolved. With all of the better choices in the area, I suggest avoiding this rental.

Very Basic Property, limited view

I depend so much on reviews so hopefully this helps someone. This property was very expensive for what it is. There is ongoing construction right next to the unit that takes away from being on the balcony. The beds are not comfortable, and the decor is very cheap. The unit’s kitchen is very sparsely stocked. They’re were NO bath towels, we had to buy our own. When I called Vacasa the rep said they would take care of it immediately, never happened. The complex itself is badly in need of some TLC. We stayed here in 2018 in a much nicer unit, but the HOA seems to be letting the place go. Overall, I would not recommend this property at this price.

Amazing view

This property had an amazing view and very comfortable balcony furniture. The unit was recently remodeled and was well appointed. The pool area is also very nice. I would stay here again.
