The family vacation of your dreams awaits at Sandwitch. Delight in an oceanfront location mere steps from the soft sand. Sip crisp drinks while relaxing on sundeck rockers or stroll along your private boardwalk directly to the beach. Enjoy soaring vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that fill the living room with natural light. Peruse the bookshelves and curl up on the sectional with a good book, or watch shows on the cable TV. A well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and a corner seating nook. Gather at the 12-seat dining table and make a toast to unforgettable beach vacations.

Wake up to ocean views in the primary bedroom, complete with a desk and shared access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Another ocean-view bedroom features shared access to a bathroom with a standalone shower. Two well-appointed guest rooms also offer shared bathroom access. Central heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout add a layer of comfort to your stay.

The place looked just like it did in the photos. Very nice. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was wonderful. We will for sure stay there again.

Great Condo for Family

This space is perfect if you have kids. We had three bedrooms, which gave everyone plenty of space. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip before and after dinner! Very family friendly area! Great first time visit!

Very short walk to the pool and beach. Convenient off street parking. Ramp to beach is wheel chair/stroller friendly.

Everything we needed!

We had a great time, found everything we needed at the property. It was across the street from public beach access, so very convenient. The pool was never crowded and the weather was beautiful. We will be back!

Close to the beach. Nice, clean pool. Easy but secure access to the condo. Nicely furnished. I missed being able to see the ocean from our balcony but this location was a great value for our budget this year.

The location was outstanding literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved the beach access because it was a ramp not stairs. The unit was okay definitely an older building. It is small quarters so if you got big kids will probably feel cramped. Because of the time we went didn't use the pool.

Girl Weekend

We had a great time and the Sandvillas C1 was great. The only problems we had was there was only 2 cups and there was four of us. Of course, the weather did not cooperate with us as a tropical storm was supposed to happen, but that did not stop us from having a great time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. You are right across from the walkway to the beach. Hope whoever gets it next will enjoy it.

Cute condo with prime location to the beach

A lovely condo that is a good size and had everything we needed. The location is prime - right across from beach access, with a spacious parking lot and a pool that we used once or twice a day, and no one else was ever there. The condo could use a little bit of maintenance work as it appears there is some water damage where the paneling on the walls is peeling a little bit by the balcony door. Kitchen items were not totally clean and had some food residue but nothing a run in the dishwasher couldn’t fix. Otherwise it was great and I would definitely return again.

Easy beach access and a good location. The pool was nice and never crowded. The condo was not clean when we arrived. Definitely not fun traveling all day then having to clean the condo that we paid to have ready for us. We had to call and ask for the dirty linen from the prior stay to be removed from outside our door. We did have some internet issues which they did work with us to resolve. Overall the location is great, the initial state of the condo was very disappointing.

Great stay!

We stayed at this condo from June 5th-June 9th with our 4 children. There were plenty of places to sleep (3 bedrooms with 6 beds total), and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! There were extra blankets in the closets, but we didn’t need them. There was a Roku tv in each bedroom, as well as in the living room. The condo was well stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and dishes/cookware. I personally loved the quality of towels and washcloths! The kitchen also had a coffee pot, keurig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and even a slow cooker in the cabinet! There was also an extra mini fridge in the living room. They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, much to our surprise! The pool was nice and was never crowded. Every time we went, there was no one else there. The beach access boardwalk is right across the street from this location, and it was so convenient to be that close, especially with 4 kids (ages 4-10)! We loved that the building had their own outside shower (near the pool), which kept us from having to wait on the boardwalk to rinse off. We were pleased that the location was very family friendly. The beach was the busiest early in the day (but still way less crowded than other beaches, such as Myrtle). In the late afternoon/evening, there was barely anyone at the beach. Plus, there were way more families there as opposed to young, partying kids. If you have young kids, I definitely recommend family friendly Ocean Isle Beach!
