This home is ready to be your vacation paradise. With all oceanfront bedrooms, an oversized deck, and direct beach access, this home is sure to be the perfect retreat.

Come enjoy this house complete with the island amenities beach lovers seek to soak in the sun, splash in the water, or simply enjoy the serenity North Topsail Beach offer.

This beach house has four oceanfront bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a full kitchen. It boasts oversized decks equipped with a picnic table, swing, and Adirondack chairs where guests can relax and capture the glorious sea breezes and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

The oversized deck and covered gazebo sits right on the dune and is the prized amenity this property provides. It is complete with another picnic table and Adirondack chairs and tables for additional outside living, dining, and surf watching. This professionally decorated home is perfect for family and friend gatherings all year round. There are five TVs and high speed wireless internet.

Loved this house! The reverse layout was nice and the location was great! The decks and cabana were great for relaxing after a day on the beach. Our family had an amazing time! Vacasa was great to work with…we had a small problem the first day we were there and the Vacasa team went out of their way to fix it within hours!

Pleasant surprise!

We loved this house! The layout was great! And there was plenty of seating both inside and outside! We were pleasantly surprised to find sheets and towels provided in each room. As well as plenty of toiletries(toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc.). The kitchen was also very well stocked! Check in and check out we’re also very easy!

Good place for a family gathering.

The views and beach access were amazing! There were plenty of outdoor seating options. The inside was ok. Surfaces were clean, but corners and inside drawers etc.. were dirty. Ants and ant traps were everywhere including streaming out of 2 different electrical outlets. Kitchen has basics to make dinners. Bedroom and bathroom space were nicely sized.

Great for a smaller group

We had 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids from 1-12 and this house fit us great. The layout is weird so there’s no roof on the deck from the living room/dining room(upper floor) which would be nice. You also have to go through a bedroom to get out to the beach walkway, or walk all the way downstairs, outside and then up stairs again. This wasn’t a big deal but still a little funky. Everything was clean and we liked that each room had their own bathroom, aside from the bunk room.

Great place but in need of maintenance

The house is in a great location and was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults with plenty of room for more. The open concept was great for all of us to comfortably spend time together. The views are absolutely amazing and the decks are great. This would absolutely be a 5 star rated home if owners kept up on maintenance. There were soft spots in the floors in high traffic areas of three bedrooms, the one in the bunk room was just a few steps into the room and quite large, at least 2’x3’ where we placed a pillow over it to be sure not to step on it and break through. You could see and smell mold/mildew in the washer. Upstairs bathroom had slow drains and a toilet handle that would stick. Among a few other smaller issues. I would not recommend this house in its current state but after repairs I would definitely stay again and recommend it for a great family vacation.

Dirty and ant infested

My family of 7 was beyond excited for our beach vacation in North Topsail. We reserved through VRBO but the property management company was Vacasa. When we arrived entry was easy, as we walked up the stairs the carpets were stained and smelled like mildew/dog. We stood outside on the deck and took in the beautiful view and decided to not judge the house prematurely. Unfortunately, it continued to disappoint. The floors were filthy in the kitchen, food and sticky substances on the counters. The fruit flies and ants everywhere, in the coffee pot cabinets and bathroom. The sheets on the bunk bed were stained with a brown substance, it was also smeared on the wall. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in has blood splat on the sheets and pilllow case. The house has not been maintained regularly, broken picnic table, sliding doors would not lock had to use a pole to lock them. We reached out to Vacasa and they sent a cleaning crew out immediately, and they did a good job in two hours, but the house is way overdue for a deep clean. I am very disappointed that the price we paid for this house was the same as the houses next-door that have been maintained and so much better. The price of the home did not match the quality we received. We are very disappointed in the house however, the beach itself was gorgeous.
