Oceanfront home with great views, central AC, washer/dryer, beach access

New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
This delightfully decorated beach home built in 2011, boasts four oceanfront bedrooms all of which open onto one of two attached decks. If the views are not spectacular enough here, stroll down the private boardwalk to the three large decks at the dune. A private gazebo covers half, furnished with Adirondack chairs, ottomans, side tables, and a picnic table. Step down directly to the beach for walks, swimming, fishing, or combing the beach for shells, shark teeth, and other treasures. A convenient outdoor shower and sprayer to hose off sandy feet or cool down awaits.

The reverse floor plan has an open and airy top level with two sliders, vaulted ceilings, and nautical decor perfectly situated to socialize when cooking or dining, playing games, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped with a surplus of dishes, a wide array of pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to enjoy preparing and cooking meals. The granite island with stools provides ample room for gathering, eating, preparing food and drinks, or just hanging out with family and friends.

The main level has three bedrooms each with smart TVs with cable and access to your streaming accounts. Each of the two end bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms.

Fantastic North Topsail Location

Great location on quiet part of beach. Close to pier and well appointed. Very well equipped kitchen and the beach gazebo is a great place to relax or drop beach toys. Loved our stay!

Party of 7. The house was everything we expected. Our beach week was rainy but we still had a great week. All four bedrooms are oceanfront, so that helped a lot. Would love to be back there this week.

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday trip here! I especially enjoyed relaxing under the gazebo while watching the waves, coloring by the beach, and spending time on the swing—it was one of my favorite features. The outdoor seating was very comfortable, and my 4-year-old nephew had an absolute blast playing in the sand and ocean. It made for such a memorable family getaway.That said, there were a few aspects worth noting. The reverse floor plan wasn’t ideal for us, as it meant carrying groceries farther than usual and made it harder for my mother, who has limited mobility, to access the main living area due to the additional stairs. It also felt a bit awkward for guests upstairs to walk through the bottom-floor bedrooms to reach the beach. We also noticed some minor wear and tear, particularly around the outdoor areas and sliding doors, that could use attention. Lastly, the water pressure was on the weaker side and may need to be checked.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the quality family time it provided. With a few updates, this place could be even more amazing!

Very Comfortable Home

Great home for our needs. Loved the covered sitting area out by the beach. Hard time getting in the house, numbers sent to us were wrong and had to get in touch with someone for the right numbers and had to wait for little bit for entry code. Wifi password was wrong too but found the router and it was on it. Some normal wear and tear on house but was very nice for the week. Owners need to check roof for leak in kitchen and fix ceiling.

Great house, poor cleanliness and maintenance

The house was great, with great views, kitchen amenities, and dune deck. We actually stayed in this same house in 2019. However, there were cleanliness issues, primarily in the bathrooms that were not addressed. There was also a serious ant infestation/problem in the house from the day we checked in on Saturday. The ants were in two bedrooms at check-in, luckily just the floors and walls and not the beds. When we informed the Vacasa rental company of the problem, they said they would try to send somebody out the next day (Sunday). Nobody showed up Sunday or Monday, as the ants traveled to the living and dining room area, as well as two of our cars parked underneath the house. We could see where the ants were climbing on the wooden supports underneath the house and also around the electrical switches and outlets inside the house. On Tuesday I call Vacasa again and was hoping to speak with somebody in their local Sneads Ferry office. However, my call was transferred through an automated system to what sounded like an answering service or one of the Vacasa offices across the country. After speaking with a person who was very difficult to understand, they made our ant issue a "priority" and an exterminator arrived at the house about 2 hours later. The exterminator spent about one hour inspecting, spraying, and baiting the ants both inside and outside the home. This did not eliminate the ants for the remainder of our visit, but prevented them from spreading.
