From the moment you approach this charming home, you'll notice its striking yet simple architecture that blends seamlessly into its woodland surroundings. The house is constructed with natural materials that complement the environmentâwood accents and expansive glass windows designed to let in abundant natural light. The highlight of The Nordic Nook is its abundance of large windowsâdesigned to bring the outside in. Whether you're lounging on the couch or dining at the table, you'll be able to enjoy panoramic views of the forest, where the trees stretch endlessly, and the sounds of nature are all around you.
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) â then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!
6. This home is equipped with security cameras outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
7. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
