Perfect Escape

Time to relax, reconnect and explore. Come home to enjoy a family getaway, a peaceful retreat or a group gathering. This cabin offers privacy, comfort and relaxation. Enjoy our open floor plan on the main level - 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Third floor has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and a loft with 3 queen beds. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the basement which also includes 1 bedroom, a half bath and a 65" TV with a bar and kitchenette.
Relax in the massage chair on the main floor, the hot tub on the back deck or enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails of 84 acres. Enjoy our propane fire pit on the patio (propane not included), or throw some wood on the fire located across the pond. We are located 1 mile from Reeds Gap State Park, approximately 10 minutes to Rt.322 and 29 miles to Beaver Stadium, State College. We are close to many local wedding venues, wineries, restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy your own privacy. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

The property and cabin are amazing. Spend three nights with 10 of our family and friends and had plenty of space to spread out. Great memories made! We loved our stay and hope to return in the future. Check-in was a breeze and Dustin was great to communicate with in regards to our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Wow, what an amazing house. My family of four recently stayed here for three nights as part our annual Penn State football trip. The house is large, clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding grounds are stunning and peaceful. Penn State is about a 35-40 minute drive ... very easy access to Route 322. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future. One more thing ... check-in was seamless, and Dustin was great to communicate with in regards to our questions.

We had a great time. The house was gorgeous with everything we could think of. We LOVED the swings, the massage chair, the rec room and all the accent lightings. It was spacious, yet homey and warm. The owner was friendly and responsive.We will most definitely go back.

The property is amazing. It has ever possible amenity and the grounds are beautiful. It is located near many destinations. Property manager did a great job and was super responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Seven Lucky Sisters Spring Fling 2025

This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The babbling brook was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch. The hot tub has some great jets!! We are already planning our visit for next year. Great hosts!

Amazing!!

This is a tremendous property if you are looking for peace, rest, and have a love of nature! The property owner is very easy to deal with and has exceptional communication. The house is beautiful and clean. This place has everything you could need to get away from the day to day rat race. We love everything about Perfect Escape and will continue to stay here for our escape.

Peaceful & beautiful

We had a small bachelorette weekend and enjoyed the entire house/property. Great, remote location and perfect for a group. The hot tub and deck fireplace were our favorite spots. The kitchen was big and well stocked for our food prep. We went to Penn State’s Blue White game Saturday - an easy drive to Beaver Stadium/State College. Hope to return!

A Fun House for Families

This is a beautiful home in a picturesque setting. Not to far from towns. Plenty of room for all. Plenty of items that keep everyone busy and having fun, esp the massage chair!

Absolutely stunning!!

Words can’t express the long weekend our Family shared together at this beautiful property! From the beginning, the listing was informative. I reached out to the Host (Dustin) on several occasions with silly questions. The response was very quick & informative. As this was the first at this property, we carried a lot in unneeded items, the home was completely stocked! From great board games, pool table, big screen TVs, Massage chair, hot tub, fireplace, (etc) we enjoyed relaxation & fun. The property was STUNNING! Wooded, peaceful, wildlife.. the home, clean and it felt like home! We are so glad we chose this property & highly recommend!

5 of us came up for wild card weekend and had an amazing time. The cabin is setup for entertainment and fun and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Delightful time

What a wonderful vacation! House is clean and well stocked with what ever the family needs (bring your own toiletries tho) . Even though the listing says there’s no bathtub, there is one. And there are 3 proper bedroom besides the loft for sleeping. It was hard to see that from the pictures but the video shows it. The first floor bathroom is not part of the bedroom but directly across from it. Not technically a master bathroom however it is the only room in that hall way so it was fine. Plenty of pillows and blankets for this season. And the mattresses are comfortable! There isn't a dining room table but there are folding tables and chairs that can be popped open in the ample space between the living room and kitchen. The deck spaces are delightful and comfortable with seating for plenty- swings, rockers, chairs etc. The yard looks beautiful with the outdoor lights in. Very sweet. And the landscaping is so well done around the creek. We got great photos there. And fire practice any one??? Shooting range nearby added some great background “music”.Justin and Sabrina were responsive to all our questions. We had such a nice time! Thank you to the Pollocks!

Serene !

Love this property ! My husband was waiting for deer to show up and 2 of them finally did !! The setting of the property was amazing so quiet ! Was more than enough room for my family ! The young adults loved the basement as did the older. We all were downstairs playing Darts everyday. Dustin was very helpful I asked a couple of questions and felt like I was a bothersome but he always said no bother at all. If I had any questions at all feel free to contact me. Thank you again for allowing us to have our family Thanksgiving here!!
