The Space:

This stylish condo features all-new furnishings, high-end appliances, and light-filled interiors with 10’ ceilings. With private balconies on each floor, your rental offers the perfect spot to watch the dolphins play while enjoying the gulf breezes.



After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the gorgeous downstairs living area. Mix a drink at the wet bar and gather at the table for four, or relax on the sectional and watch the 55” TV. Huge glass doors open right onto the Intracoastal Waterway, where a patio has lounge seating for six, as well as access to the private dock. Upstairs, the main living area is furnished with a comfy couch and another 55” TV. The room opens to a covered balcony, where a dining table for six offers more lovely views of the waterway. The sleek kitchen features white granite countertops and a center island. Gleaming stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher and electric stove/oven. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with six upholstered chairs.

Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Everything worked excellent. Don’t pull the top rack out to far on the dishwasher because it will fall off the track! Will definitely book it again!!!

Decent place

This was a decent place. Great location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunrises. Also having the garage to park in was nice.Not a home for those with mobility difficulties as is two staircases and first floor is only an entry/hang out area. Three balconies overlook the water and the view is pretty nice all parts of the day.Kitchen is minimally stocked and only one load worth and two dishwasher loads of soap is provided. Also did not like having to email pictures of all of our drivers licenses for the HOA.

Scenic Peaceful Family Holiday

The property was as explained. Beautiful pool area that had sun almost all day long! Plenty of room for our party of 6. Enjoyed watching dolphins swimming from our balcony and dock Fun ping pong table in the basement. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go - the Pier, Marina, Beach, main shopping area, Clearwater aquarium and lots of restaurants.

Wonderful views of the Bay with 3 Balconies and great amenities!

Loved everything about this home! Worked perfectly for our trip, huge kitchen that was open to the main living area and views. Additional space was nice for everyone to have extra room if needed. Just a short walk to the beach, very helpful there was extra beach gear we could use and beach towels so we didn't have to bring any.

Great property with responsive property manager

Great property is a good location. There were some cleanliness issues when we checked in but the property manager sent someone out same day to address them. Would stay here again.

Family trip

All of furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. Beds were ok, there was mold in both bathrooms!! Appliances did not work correctly, garbage disposal, stove. Great location, good pool and hot tub. The place is not maintained the way it should be!

Great Location

Property was located on a quiet street, within walking distance of everything. It was nice to have a garage to park in and load instead of having to haul luggage from a parking garage and up elevators!

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for a long weekend in June. The property was beautiful and a very safe area. It was a great location to the beach and the pool was quiet and great for families. This property is actually owned by Vacasa we found out after we booked. Before leaving and while there, we contacted them with questions. Their response time is terrible. One of the fire detectors was going off and I had to take the battery out myself and they never responded to replace it. The listing also stated there is a tennis court which there is not and the kitchen was not stocked very well if we would have had more people. The security guard told us if we come back to call the property directly to book another unit not owned by Vacasa.

Great location, space but no help with issues

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of room to spread out. Nice property. Good, visible but friendly security staff. My daughter did see dolphins from the balcony and we loved watching the pelicans diving into the water. Having 3 balconies/patio was the best part! Cos: There was no toilet paper in 2 of 3 bathrooms (and just one extra roll in the other) plus no paper towel. We had to run out for that when we first arrived and were feeling tired. The property was mostly clean except the glass cylinders on the chandelier and the dusty knick knacks below it. The TV on the main floor didn't work at all. There was a note to the previous occupants from vacasa saying they were unable to fix it and needed to call maintenance about it, so they knew about it but didn't let us know prior to our stay nor fix it. That and the lack of any bluetooth speaker meant it was harder to all hang out on the main floor to watch anything or listen to music together. The bedroom balcony furniture was missing needed cushions. We have rented from vacasa owned homes before in Michigan and found the management to be more responsive and the home to still feel personal/home-ish even though company owned. This one felt a little more cold or impersonal and we got no response about housekeeping nor the tv so just considered these to be issues we could live with. We still had a great time.

Amazing

Considering the Residence in across the way was offering a studio for the same price, can not emphasize you get what you pay for! This location was amazing! There were only a few minor maintenance issues but I am sure those can be fixed with no future problems! Other than that I will be shouting praise for this VRBO listing for years to come. And, yes, there are dolphins! One even has a name, Steve! Kitchen had everything we needed and even if it did not there was a Publix a few minute drive away anything else is also a walk away! If we have the chance 100 booking again!

Overall a great location and nice pool. Good for a family. There were a few minor disappointments. The kitchen is very sparse and usually most VRBO properties owners provide the basics such as coffee this one does not provide anything.

Clearwater Beach

The property is very nice and the instructions were accurate and simple. I didn't have to contact anyone for anything. The one set back was all those stairs every time you come in and out. You enter ground level and the kitchen and family room is 2 flights up and the bedroom are an additional 2 flights up. Bringing the groceries and luggage for 6 people was a struggle. I was surprised that there wasn't an elevator. Then there was a woman security guard that walked the development and wouldn't allow my adult son to go on the dock to fish where the boat slip was assigned to us. We had terrible weather so we didn't rent a boat but she was assisting that the boat dock was not part of our rental lease and abruptly told me to re-read my lease agreement and told my son to get off the dock. If you are looking to rent a boat or fish during your stay I suggest you contact the owner to discuss. This was our first stay in Clearwater and the location is excellent and in walking distance to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattresses on each of the beds were really bad. To the point we had to go out and buy mattress toppers because they were hurting our backs. When you pay so much per night this is unacceptable. Loved the layout and location - wasn't really that clean either. Disappointed.

Everything was good. The garage door opener was not in the condo, but the management company replaced it quickly when notified. The remotes / TVs in the guest rooms would not change channels. We didn't notify anyone because we just chose not to watch TV. Would recommend.

Great Vacation Property

Great vacation property. In a very quiet neighborhood yet so close to all the action of the beach, shops, and restaurants/bars. The listing was as advertised. The only complaint (small one) would be was that it was not stocked very well. Rain out of paper towels/napkins the 1st day. Only other item of notice was the dining room table was not usable. It appeared to have been recently stained and the stain wore off on elbows and other clothing that touched it. Overall I was still very pleased with the grounds and the security team. Definitely would return but would bring for household items with me.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place...great location...walk to everything. The only thing I might suggest is installing a ceiling fan on the 2nd floor balcony. It's got a great view but would be a bit better if there was a fan as we went in July and it was hot.Great home though.
