Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. The unit has undergone a fresh renovation, including new flooring, freshly painted interiors, and updated bathrooms with new vanities and countertops.



Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back by the fireplace in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite.



Extra perks include a private washer/dryer, memory foam mattresses, bidets, beach chairs and towels, and USB chargers on all nightstands.



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

The condo was very nice with exceptionally large rooms. GThe condo is in dire need of new cutlery.

Girl's Trip

Absolutely wonderful stay! Loved the bird sanctuary and the beach was perfect! Condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay and there were convenient restaurants and things to do nearby. We would definitely use Jeff and Gina's property again!

We love the area! We’ve been several times to the area and just love it. The condo was wonderful. Pool is clean, beach is close. Everything was just as described. Would love to stay again!

Fun family weekend

Quick getaway with family coming from different areas of Florida. Great location, beautiful beach, close to great restaurants. Unit was very spacious & kitchen was well appointed. Awesome blender for the perfect Pina coladas! There were 5 of us & there was plenty of room! We had a great time!

The place was great but....

Really great place!! The only thong that upset me is i asked for more toilet paper and they declined to give me more!! I thought that was not very nice when you pay that much for a place!! Very Pettu!!

Needs some updates!!

The location is perfect! Loved the pool and beach access! Inside furnishings were very uncomfortable and outside table and chairs need replaced. Love the layout of the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked. Great appliances too! Some of the closet doors were hard to open and close. We would rent again due to the location, pool and beach access!!

Indian Shores Trip

The condo is very nice and we enjoyed staying there with plenty of room as there was only 2 of us. Everything in the condo was in good condition...no issues there and access to beach was great. We did have some difficulty on arrival with locking the door with the code but figured it out and no further problems, just slow to lock after entering the code...and our condo didn't have a screen on the lock pad as stated in the instructions. Overall, great stay and location.

I’ve stayed in the Beach Cottages numerous times. You can tell this condo is owned by a rental agency as it lacked the personal touches of one actually privately owned. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have on site. I do have to say the kitchen table was broken and not usable during our stay but we managed. Overall your typical condo for a Florida beach vacation.

Nice condo. Quiet location

Overall the condo is very nice. A few areas could use some detail on cleaning. A list of posted tips would be helpful, like the pool access is by the elevators on the 1st floor, where the 2 beach access gates are. You have to wander around the complex to find everything. Nice to have the beach chairs and extras in the closet. Deck is relaxing and the area as a whole is quiet.

Great location!

Beautiful beach with view of the sunset from our balcony corner. Bird rescue next door was very interesting to watch as well. Pool was heated which was great since the weather was a bit cooler. The only issue we had was trying to get in the front door. It requires a code we weren't given (different from the condo door code) which made it difficult to get in the first night. Fully stocked kitchen items made cooking easy.

Needs some TLC

The property is safe and beach access is great. Overall the condo needs maintenance. Many things inside are just on the verge of breaking and it would be nice if the filter in the a/c and fridge were clean, if the commode did not have a leaking crack, the air flow in the second bedroom was effective at all. I would stay here again if the condo receives some TLC.

nice condo and loved the bird sanctuary next door.

several electrical outlets did not work. also there is one or more condos next door with regular cigarette smokers so we smelled cigarettes daily while on balcony. this was unpleasant.

Nice condo

The condo was great. It has a large kitchen and living area. The beach access was perfect. My only issue was with check in. The doors to the elevators and stairs are locked at all times and we had no way to get inside to our condo. The keys to access all doors were locked in our room. The directions for the code to enter the condo were not correct either. If you choose to stay here I would make sure you talk to the owner to clarify the check in process. The Vacasa rep was extremely helpful.

Absolutely loved this condo

Clean. Lots of room. Pool and hot tub are warm. Beach access directly from pool area, and another one at the end of property. We actually enjoyed the bird sanctuary next door. Beautiful view of the ocean and intercoatsal water. Lots of unique restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Although the parking directions say there are guest spots, we could not find them... Would not recommend this for very small children, only because of all the glass tables. But well behaved kids will enjoy! I was overjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed as far as cookware, plates, cups, utensils, blender, etc. Will definitely be booking with teeming vacation rentals again! We didn't even want to leave. Indian Shores is one of the most beautiful areas we've ever been!

a place needs some good cleaning and remodeling

The unit is old and few things were broken once we checked-in. Try walking barefoot on the floor and you'll start wondering when was the last time it had a wash. The location is great because of the beach and restaurants nearby but a bird sanctuary next door produces nasty smell that spoils it a bit despite our love for nature. The unit is large, however, with a great balcony and a view which offsets some negatives. Sharing 1 key among 4 people with every door locked on premises is a major inconvenience too. Just fix the unit, streamline check-in process (our lockbox didn't have a key), give more keys to guests and it will be 5 star place to stay
