The private balcony is furnished with a table and plenty of seating for those al-fresco meals and is the perfect place to start your morning with a freshly-brewed cup of coffee. Inside, you'll find a broad and comfortable living area dressed with beachy wall art, luxurious furniture, gorgeous floors, and a tasteful entertainment center boasting a large flatscreen TV to watch those important ball games on. After a morning of heavy surfing, come home to assemble a delightful lunch in the full kitchen while you knock out your laundry with the private washer and dryer. Have some important projects you need to complete? The high-speed internet and free WiFi will make it easy for students and remote workers to get work done during your stay. Reward your hard work with a trip to the shared pool for a fun swim with friends then come back to enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the balcony. When it's time to wrap up for the evening, you'll have two comfortable bedrooms to sleep in, the first with a queen-size bed and a neighboring bath with a shower/tub, the second with a queen bed, balcony access, a private wardrobe, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.



Please note: The building is currently undergoing mandatory maintenance Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Balcony views will not be affected; however, the pool may occasionally be closed during this construction period, which is expected to continue through October 2025.
