A pristine haven with amazing golf course and lagoon views, this spacious villa is the perfect year-round retreat. With easy access to North Beach, three separate decks continue the views and present options for al fresco dining as well as a gas grill. The beautifully updated interior is detailed with fresh furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and ample windows for maximum natural light. The pristine kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite recipes, including granite countertops and plenty of cookware. A loft offers more sleeping options, while each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV for added entertainment. Added perks of this family-friendly home include high-speed WiFi and central air-conditioning.



Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament-grade tennis center, a full-service equestrian center, a fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, and a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining, and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips, and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.

Family time

Came down for a short weekend with family. House and bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. The beach was nice and clean and easily accessible. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities. Hope to have another visit soon.

Fun visit to Seabrook

Great location and size for four adults. Location was made even better due to its proximity to the golf course pond and beach access. We saw tons of birds, and the sunrises and sunsets were perfect from the two porches.

Beautiful and clean accommodations. We were disappointed that there was no outside grill as advertised, but everything else was great!

This unit was nicely done and well kept. The AC vents are not very well placed, however, and the unit struggled to stay cool during the day even with the shades closed. Better furniture placement and not leaving the unit on a timer that pushed the temp up during the day would help.

Relaxing family getaway

This was a really nice rental for our family of five, with children ranging in age from 11 to 19. The layout allowed for us to spread out and for everyone to have comfortable sleeping arrangements. We had bikes delivered and waiting for us on our arrival, and we hardly used our car once getting there. The villa is a very short bike ride to the Beach Club where the outdoor pools, cafe, store, and a restaurant are, and an even shorter bike ride to the beach. The lagoon views from the villa were really pretty - with continuous sightings of egrets, alligators, and other wildlife. Between the pool, the beach, long bike rides, movies, board games and exploring the Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village, we had a great and relaxing vacation.

WONDERFUL

We had an amazing time! The property was spectacular in every way! I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Very clean and super location. The only negative was upon picking up the access cards, we were not given any information packet about the resort which would have been very helpful. I should have asked but they also should have offered. Additionally, a binder in the unit would have been a plus but I understand that Covid has probably changed that since it would be difficult to sanitize. Otherwise, it was truly lovely and we can't wait until the next visit!

Wedding planning weekend

My fiance and I came in for a long weekend to do some planning at Seabrook Island clubhouse! The home was super clean up on entering! We only used the lower portion of the home and it was very comfortable!! The Keurig coffee maker made the best coffee... HOT!! The views were great and we saw lots of wildlife on and around the golf course!! The only issue (which was noted on the other reviews) is the living room being warm in the later afternoon/early evening. However, it cooled down substantially at night!! We had a golfer hit the house with a golf ball and scared us to death but no damage!! Ha! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this time of year!!

Beautiful Home, warm in the afternoons

We very much enjoyed our stay - the property has been beautifully updated and is a close walk/car ride to beach access and pool access. Our only issue was with the AC in the main living space. The sun sets on this living space (den, kitchen, dining area), bringing the temperature in this area up to 80+ some days, despite the AC being set on 50. We proactively left the bedroom doors open (these rooms were the coolest), pulled the blinds, raised the awning over the deck, and allowed the unit to cool to 71 overnight, but the temps in the afternoon would always climb. The management company responded with two fans that we used continuously that helped a bit. Perhaps a mini-split system might be an option for this space to help cool on extremely hot days. Aside from that, our stay was lovely.

Beautiful Property

My girlfriend and I played in a CGA golf event on 1/11/23 and we brought our husbands with us. We were all impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the property. Not so impressed with the hoops to jump through for the check-in process (very vague) - namely the AMENITY CARDS. Our feeling was the cards were a SCAM. We paid $22 daily fee (plus $15 refundable deposit) and no place we went required the card. We all felt we got snookered. We felt the rental property and/or VACASA needed to give better instructions on everything - gate passes, amenity card, accessability, etc. Aside from all that, the area is breathtakingly beautiful, the golf courses, as well as all of the staff, were awesome! Will we go back? Yes. But lesson learned.
