The Space:
Open and airy with stellar ocean views, this multi-level home is ready to welcome you to the beach! You'll be blown away by the number of windows letting natural light into the living room, enhanced by the vaulted ceilings. Soak in views of the water and the dunes just behind the house from the great room, the two main bedrooms, and the partially covered deck, and enjoy your very own path to the beach and an outdoor shower to welcome you back.

If you're feeling like barbecuing, the private gas grill outside has a great view and plenty of outdoor seating to allow everyone to enjoy the Folly sunset. But if indoor cooking is more your thing, the full kitchen features a French door fridge, a natural gas stove, a Keurig for your morning coffee, and a kitchen island with three counter stools, all close to the oversized main dining table. The entire home is cooled by central air conditioning.

When it's time to settle in for bed, you'll have plenty of options. The first-floor main bedroom features lovely ocean views, a private deck entrance, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower with a fixed and handheld showerhead, and a soaking tub. One guest bedroom is just to the left of the front door and features a ceiling fan, a double-door closet, and a multi-window view of palm trees and the neighborhood.

Upstairs, everyone can enjoy the loft space with a TV and casual seating while gazing out at the ocean. A guest bedroom features a ceiling fan with a neighborhood view across the entire island to the Folly River. An additional primary bedroom features a lovely private balcony with a broad beach view, multiple windows that provide plenty of natural light, and a ceiling fan. This room includes a private entrance to the second-floor bathroom with double sinks.

All of the beds and bedframes were updated in December 2024, along with all of the great room furniture, to welcome you in comfort

Additional home amenities include fast WiFi, a sofa bed in the loft for extra sleeping capacity, an outdoor shower and hair dryers for beach days, a private boardwalk to the beach, and two adult-size beach cruiser bicycles. Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are also provided.

In addition to being just steps away from the beach, guests are only three blocks from the town of Folly. You'll be close to the Folly Pier and numerous restaurants, all within half a mile of your vacation home! Enjoy a tour by boat or kayak at Flipper Finders Boat & Sea Kayak Tours, just under one mile away. The Morris Lighthouse Heritage Preserve is a short ride to the island's eastern end, looking out on the historic lighthouse that protected the entrance to Charleston Harbor. All that downtown Charleston has to offer is 12 miles away.
