Bienvenue sur la rive sud sur Folly Beach! Cet impressionnant 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains en bord de mer vient d'être entièrement rénové et est prêt à faire de vos rêves de vacances une réalité! Il y a beaucoup de sable en tout temps pour construire des châteaux de sable et faire de longues promenades à la recherche d'obus. Les propriétaires n'ont ménagé aucun effort pour transformer ce cottage classique de Folly Beach en une location haut de gamme construite pour créer des souvenirs à vie sur Folly Beach.

En entrant dans la maison, vous adorerez le plan d'étage ouvert avec vue sur l'océan depuis la cuisine et le salon. La cuisine a beau granit avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et cuisinière �� gaz gastronomique. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour cuisiner les repas de famille. Séparer la cuisine du salon est une table à manger de style maison de ferme avec banquette pour permettre à toute la famille de prendre les repas ensemble. Le salon comprend une grande télévision à écran plat, de nouveaux canapés (l'un d'entre eux étant un canapé-lit) et une vue fantastique sur l'océan à travers les portes coulissantes en verre.

La maison comprend 4 chambres qui disposent toutes d'une nouvelle literie et d'une télévision à écran plat. Trois des quatre chambres ont des lits queen avec commode intégrée dans le cadre du lit. La chambre à coucher finale est parfaite pour les enfants avec deux lits superposés comprenant un total de 4 lits jumeaux. Les lits superposés sont conçus pour les enfants et ne conviennent pas aux grands adultes. Deux bains Jack-n-Jill de chaque côté de la propriété ont un combo douche / baignoire, des toilettes et une vanité.

En sortant des portes coulissantes en verre au bord de l’océan, le porche avec écran aménagé est parfait pour le café du matin ou pour prendre un repas en écoutant les vagues de l’océan. Le porche continue en dehors de la section projetée et comprend des chaises longues qui créent un endroit idéal pour bronzer ou simplement se détendre à la belle étoile. Une nouvelle promenade privée mène du pont à la plage. Située à l'extrémité est de l'île, la plage est rarement fréquentée et permet de voir des dauphins dans les vagues et beaucoup d'espace pour la chasse aux coquillages. Douche extérieure sous la maison et le long de la promenade sont parfaits pour se rincer après une longue journée au soleil.

La maison est strictement non-fumeur et n'accepte pas les animaux. La maison a tous les appareils modernes que vous attendez tels que laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle et WiFi haut débit. We really enjoyed our stay at this house, there was room for 8 of us without a problem and 2 bunks too spare. Great location and the beach was not busy at all. The only reason for the 4 stars is because that there is a large bush at the end of the driveway that obscures oncoimg traffic and is actually dangerous trying to pull out due to the fact that the nose of the vechile is in traffic before you can see any oncoimng cars and forget about backing out unless you have a person waving you an "all clear" before backing out.

A birthday get away

What a wonderful stay in January for my notary! It was pet friendly so our girl could be with us! The house was very clean, easy check in, right on the beach, had everything we needed. It was just my husband and our dog, but had plenty of room for family or grounds to come to.

The house was perfect. clean, modern, and a great outdoor space with direct access to the beach. Who could ask for more? Short ride into Charleston for fine dining in the evening. Wonderful stay - will book again!!

Weekend Escape!

This cute 4 bedroom house was perfect for our long weekend escape with family and friends. Nothing beats being steps away from the sand and water. The view was spectacular and our stay was relaxing. I would definitely come back!

It was wonderful being right on the beach. We enjoyed having a screen porch to have lunch on. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Some new railings on the screened porch and deck are needed. It was wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway for our family of 6

We had an amazing time. The property is exactly as pictured. We had a family of six + two grandparents and it was perfect for us. With two children under 5, it was so easy to take them back up to the house while the rest of our group stayed on the beach. The beach was amazing. Quiet and beautiful. We went into town for dinner a few nights, and spent a day in Charleston. So thankful for the location and affordable price.

Amazing ocean view

We loved being able to see so much of the ocean out the back windows. It was almost as if it was an extension of the living room. The screened porch, the large deck, and the convenience to the beach made this such a wonderful property to enjoy with our friends and family.

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

Great location on Folly Beach -- the beachfront was wide open for us to sprawl out each day and enjoy the sun. Nice walk or short drive down to the pier (with much busier beach) and shops; convenient into Charleston as well. Home was everything we needed for a quick Labor Day getaway including getting in some holiday BBQ'ing. Will be back!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed a relaxing beach vacay! The beach was beautiful and seemed private! We enjoyed the ability to walk right out of the house to the ocean and not have to fight a crowd or “pick a spot” since this need of the island is less crowded! The kids enjoyed being able to run along the shore and jump the waves! We could not have been any happier!

Great location

This house is clean, cheerful and beachy, and very much as pictured and described. We loved the location and the credit that allowed us to rent bikes. Communication with Carolina One was very smooth. We had an enjoyable two-week stay.Two reasons for subtracting a star: first, the gas grill is filthy and rusted and needs to be replaced. The lighting in the grill area is inadequate. One reason we rented a house was to avoid eating every meal out, so the poor quality of the grill was a big deal.The other disappointing thing is that there is no good place to read. The overhead lights don’t have dimmers, and there are not enough reading lamps in the right places. These would be easy things to address.

Small but well done right on the beach

The house was small but really well done and maintained. The property was super clean while the linens and sheets seemed to be pretty new. Everything worked perfectly. The town was small but with plenty to do and Charleston was only a 20 minute Uber ride away.

Amazing beach front home!!

We stayed here with another family and a total 4 kids and wow - what a great beach home! Everything is brand new granite counters, top of the line appliances and everything you need in the kitchen. Spent every evening chilling on the screened porch and the kids loved the direct beach access. Beds were very comfy with really nice sheets and plenty of towels as well. Cannot wait to visit again in warmer weather so we can really enjoy the beach life!!

House was nice. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area, and screened porch. Mattress was too soft in rear bedroom and tended to sag in the middle.

A Fantastic Beach Getaway!

Awesome 4 days at Folly Beach. House is recently renovated, and well designed for a few families or one big one. Great living space and screened in porch right on the beach. Water was fantastic and kept our girls (11/8) occupied for hours. Service was excellent and property very well maintained. Manager replied instantly with questions and was great to deal with. An excellent beach house!!

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved this house and the location! The house is literally RIGHT on the beach! Updated, clean, spacious; with amazing rear house ocean views. Perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids; 9, 9 & 5). My only wish for a future stay here would be standard beach necessities; chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys as it's not easy to travel with these items. Overall, our best beach vacation home yet! 😊

Fantastic Folly Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our stay! The location right on the beach was absolutely amazing! We spent all our time on the beach, on the deck or on the porch. House is well kept and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place! The center of Folly Beach where the restaurants are is about 3 miles away. It is a cute little town with some cool restaurants and bars. The house itself has a great set up with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room for the kids. The deck out back seemed fairly new and the kitchen was very nice and updated. Our family had such an amazing time here and we didn’t want to leave!

Kept up to date

House appears freshly painted, bathrooms are nice, bunk beds are cool. All TVs are smart TVs. Gas stove speeds up the cooking. Screen porch has new furniture and the screens are in good shape. Long driveway is nice for multiple vehicles.

Perfect House!

It's incredible how big this house is considering how small it is! 4 bedrooms, perfectly placed. Two full baths, jack-n-jill-style. An ideal living room area and well appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer. Toys. Chairs, Boogie boards. Plenty of parking. And a beautiful deck that walks out right to the ocean, with a shower for rinsing off! We had two families in this place, and loved every minute of it. Thank you!

Loved this place!

We loved practically everything about this house. The location was perfect for us...far enough from the main drag that the beach was never crowded, close enough to quickly get whatever we needed from town . It was clean and had clearly been recently updated. The screened porch, deck and boardwalk were perfect. The house was great for our size family (5) but I do think the living area would be too crowded for bigger groups. I really only have 3 smallish negatives...1. the bed in one of the rooms was almost concave in the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up on the couch. 2. The kitchen is pretty poorly stocked, so if you cook a lot of meals beware...it’ll due, but there are definitely no extras. 3. There’s no storage in the bunk room...not a table or cubby or anything to unpack onto and the closet in that room was full of cleaning stuff. None of these were major drawbacks and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I knew that they replaced the mattress, I’d book again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful sunrises

Nice quiet location with beautiful views of the beach. Could comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children but living areas would be a little tight. Had everything you would need but gas grill has seen better days, clean but so rusty couldn’t turn some of the knobs. Definitely would stay there again

Best last minute escape!

We do 2 beach trips per year, every year. This year we decided at the last minute to do a 3rd, for spring break with our kids (and kept our group size to just the 4 of us). We didn't book way in advance and at one of the big, have all the bells and whistles, kind of house like we normally do, as we decided we'd keep it simple and small. Let me tell you, this was one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in the nearly 20 years we've been doing this. The thoughtfulness of the smallest of touches did not go unnoticed. The care, cleanliness, comfort and overly stocked with amenities experience that we had was amazing. We truly appreciated the stay and how at home we felt. The beach access was amazing and the surrounding area gave us a ton to do. We must have commented a dozen times among ourselves how we couldn't believe all the things the house was stocked with and had to offer. We definitely overpacked, based on our previous experiences. What a fantastic experience for guests. We loved the house and especially the screened in porch. It all was amazing. We will be back for sure.
