*. Camera Disclosure: There is a security camera installed above the front entrance. No cameras are placed in private spaces.

*. Step Disclosure: The entrance is step-free, but this is a 4-story townhome with multiple flights of stairs. Guests with knee challenges may find it difficult, so please consider this before booking.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is one assigned parking space in the front of the house. Please don't block others' parking spaces.

*. AC Disclosure: The home has central AC, though the 4th-floor master may still feel warmer during extreme summer heat.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house nor on the balcony. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
