This newly remodeled, one-level designer beach cottage offers a refined coastal living experience on the Newport Beach Peninsula. The home blends classic beach-cottage character with modern luxury, premium materials, and thoughtful functionality throughout.
The interior includes two bedrooms with queen beds, high-end designer furnishings, and luxury linens. A brand-new mini-split system provides efficient air conditioning and heat, while the gas fireplace adds comfort and ambiance year-round. The fully equipped kitchen features a Big Chill designer refrigerator and quality appliances for everyday living.
For extended stays, the home includes a full-size in-unit washer and dryer. Outdoor living is enhanced by a private front patio, ideal for enjoying the coastal climate.
A rare and valuable feature is the exclusive off-alley parking space, dedicated solely to the property. Private parking provides meaningful convenience on the Peninsula.
This is a detached single-family home, not a condo or duplex, offering enhanced privacy and a quiet residential atmosphere. The location is walkable to the bay, beach, local shops, dining, and coastal paths.
The home is best suited for quiet residential use and extended stays, with a maximum occupancy of two guests.
Minimum stay: 30 days. Seasonal pricing applies.
HOUSE RULES:
• Minimum stay: 30 days
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
• Quiet residential use only; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, or gatherings
• No additional overnight guests beyond the stated occupancy; no sharing door code with anyone other than registered guests.
• Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the host
• One vehicle maximum; one private parking space is provided
• No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
• No pets
• No illegal activity, illegal substances, or firearms on the property
• Commercial use of the property (including photography, filming, or content creation) is not permitted without prior written approval
• Guests must promptly notify the host of any maintenance, water, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues and allow reasonable access for repairs
• Tampering with or disabling security devices, smart locks, or network equipment is prohibited
• A rental agreement and security deposit are required for stays over 30 nights and must be completed within 24 hours after accepted booking.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate departure in accordance with VRBO policies.
