NEWLY REMODELED 2025 - Nice 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home with private pool, just a few blocks walk to the beach or the Cherry Grove Nature Preserve on the Intracoastal Waterway. The shady front porch invites you into a roomy, bright and relaxing interior. The grand family room is a well-furnished open concept, with comfy leather furniture, large flat sceen tv, family dining for 8, custom kitchen, and 3 bedrooms completes the upstairs main floor. Watch the tide come in and out during the day from the upper deck off the family room. The washer/dryer, plus outdoor sink, are conveniently located in the utiility closet on the deck. The kitchen is bright and beautifully remodeled with quartz counter tops, cabinetry & appliances -- soft close drawers, full pantry storage & well-stocked kitchen essentials, including coffee maker for your morning routine.

2 Exterior cameras are installed for guest safety and property security. One on the front left corner and 1 downstairs under the eave. Cameras stream live video only (no audio, no recording). A non-functional camera is present at the back of the home. There are no indoor cameras or monitoring in private areas. By confirming your reservation, you consent to being viewed in these exterior areas.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

Upstairs: Main suite has a King bed with private bath, including updated walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are both Queen beds, plus one bunk bed. The bathroom is shared tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have flat-screen ROKU tv's.

Downstairs: A spacious bedroom offers 2 full beds & an interior bathroom w/ shower (no tub). Access is thru exterior door ONLY.

PRIVATE POOL -- 4 1/2 feet deep 12 x 20 dimensions. Plenty of areas for sunbathing, or catch the breezes in the cool shade underneath the home. The outdoor space offers room for gathering to enjoy family activities at your own private resort. There's a grill, outdoor seating, hammock, privacy shades to block the sun, waterway dock and a sparkling blue pool oasis. The owner offers use of any of their personal beach and water toys - stored in the garage. There's an outdoor shower and garden hose to rinse off. SORRY - POOL CANNOT BE HEATED
Parking for 4 vehicles MAX --based on mid-size autos. Recreational Trailer Friendly (No Parking in the grass due to sprinkler system).

The Cherry Grove pier is located about 20 blocks away for those that like pier fishing -- licenses available in the pier tackle shop. Rent or bring your own watercraft to the public boat landing at the Cherry Grove Preserve just 100 yards from the house.

Barefoot Landing is 10 minutes away & a crowd-pleaser! Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in a beautiful natural setting with fun & excitement of boutique shopping, dining, sweet treats, entertainment & special events for the family. Alligator Adventure will thrill kids of all ages with alligator feedings, reptile shows & 11 acres of wildlife. Alabama Theater offers LIVE theater productions (seasonal shows) with talent nothing short of Broadway! House of Blues features food, happy hour & great bands. The Carolina Opry & Pirates Voyage both have family oriented theme shows. Catch the weekly fireworks displays over the water, too. BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours & dinner boat cruises.

* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
