Boathouse - 5 Bedroom Canal House w. Private Pool and Putting Green

Come enjoy all that Island living has to offer in our newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located on a concrete canal at Ocean Isle Beach. The home boasts amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock provides easy access for boating and fishing. A rare find on Ocean Isle Beach, the home has a private concrete swimming pool with an outdoor living space and gazebo area. The backyard includes an artificial turf putting green designed by Celebrity Greens, for those that enjoy a little extra sport during their vacation. Included in the rental is kayaks, and bicycles for exploring the island. We are located on second street, just one block from the Raeford Street public beach access. The Master Suite includes a King Bed. Three of the other bedrooms have a queen bed. The loft area is designed for all of the first mates in your party. Located on the second floor, the loft includes 3 full size bunk beds and a built in single bunk, a 65 inch TV and gaming system.

Great place for family trip

We had such a great time and house had plenty of room. The house had lots of extra chairs, pool floats, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meal.

Fun, comfortable property in a wonderful location

We loved our stay at this property. It had so much to keep our group of teens entertained. And when they wanted to explore a little, the house’s location gave them easy access to the beach, park, and shops.The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. There was ample seating and places to hang out and relax. The pool with volleyball and baseball nets was so fun and we loved the putting green and kayaks.The beds were comfortable and the house was well-stocked. I have already recommended this property to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Family House

The Boathouse is perfect for a large family! Beach access is quite easy. We found ourselves enjoying the backyard pool and canal access as much as the beach. The owners have provided so many extras like kayaks, ping pong, swimming pool, putting green and more.

Family and friends.

Everyone in our party thought the property was perfect. It was big enough, plenty of bathrooms and the outdoor shower was great. The pool and putting green was great. A couple of days we just stayed at the house and pool instead of carrying everything to the beach. We meet Glen when we first got there and he couldn't have been kinder. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect family vacation!

This was our family's first visit to Ocean Isle Beach & we picked the perfect house for our stay! There were 11 of us--8 adults & 3 kids, so the 5 bedrooms & multiple bathrooms worked great for us. The kitchen/living room space was just right for meals & hanging out. We loved the backyard with the pool, putting green, & dock on the canal. The beach was very convenient--just a short walk or golf cart ride. By the way, the golf cart really came in handy & was a great thing to have! For us, the house with all of its amenities, as well as the whole Ocean Isle Beach area made for a perfect family vacation!

Great Property with all the extras

My family and sister’s family enjoyed a week at the property end of August 22- the house was in good condition with all the amenities. We enjoyed using pool, kayaks, beach chairs, pool floats, corn hole boards and then some. The property is very close walking distance to beach and a short golf ride to lil shops, stores, etc. the Golf cart was a big plus. This was our first time staying in Ocean Isle and we enjoyed very much and hope to return

Loved it!

Easy walk to the beach, top of the canal views and panoramic sunsets! We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, taking the 6-seater golf cart to dinner spots. The bunk room is sooo cool - we are all adults but I think each of us secretly wished we had that room. My daughter was the lucky occupant:-) We were all comfortable in the rest of the bedrooms, too.

Perfect

The home was perfectly situated on a canal with ample privacy and enjoyment. The pool and outdoors were terrific, and the sleeping accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well designed for multiple people. Numerous tvs are throughout the house, and as were ample locations to get together with others, be off on your own for important work, or to enjoy relaxation. Various pool accessories were provided as well as other entertainment resources including bikes, ping pong, cornhole, etc. The three fridges and the downstairs bath off the pool were nice to have. Thanks for such a great place; I highly recommend it.

Great layout for kids and adults - putting green and dock was a hit!

The Walker family were very responsive and helpful. The place what so cute and the kids looooved the loft area. While the property is not huge, they really equipped it with everything we would need and made such great use of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I would say that the only downside is that the toilets (maybe it’s just the older plumbing on the island) are older and we often had to plunge to get them to fully flush. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! So much for us to do- kayaking, pool, putting green, separate spaces for kids and adults to watch tv, ping pong table, bikes and the golf cart- it was great, Thank you!!!

Wonderful vacation property

This property has so much! The pool was a huge hit with the kids, they were obsessed with the awesome kids bunk room, the golf cart, and garage full of beach toys, corn hole boards, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great. Overall, so much fun and really relaxing. Hosts were great with communication too.
