Welcome to Lucky Beach by Lucky Savannah — your one-of-a-kind Tybee Island family retreat, perfectly located on the quiet North End just a 2-minute walk from North Beach! This spacious beach vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, offering the perfect blend of fun, comfort, and coastal charm.

Fun and Inviting Spaces: From hand-crafted art to cheerful tropical colors, Lucky Beach is filled with personality. Enjoy a stocked library of books, games, and puzzles for family nights in. The adjacent laundry room includes an extra refrigerator, highchair, and child’s bed rail — plus a crab pot and other kitchen extras for your seaside feasts.

Step outside to the shaded ground-floor patio, complete with a grill, picnic table, and seating area. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a friendly game of basketball or lawn games with the family.

Comfortable and Stylish Interiors: Upstairs, the main living room offers plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and a wet bar with beverage fridge. Enjoy your morning coffee or a coastal sunset from the expansive screened-in porch overlooking Tybee’s peaceful streets.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, blender, mixer, and everything you need to cook like a pro — plus a whole-house water filtration system. The adjacent sunroom is perfect for family meals or game nights, with a large dining table, cozy seating, a coffee station, and Smart TV.

This level includes two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed (which also opens to the front porch). A portable crib is available under the bed (crib sheets not provided).

Private Upstairs Retreat: On the top floor, you’ll find a bright, flexible space with two queen beds separated for privacy, plus a relaxing seating and play area with a TV. Beyond the pocket doors, there’s an additional queen bedroom — ideal for extended family or friends traveling together.

You will only get check in codes at the last minute. This is nerve wracking if you are traveling and only receive the codes after you have departed, but you do get them. And I see the point in not sending lock codes out while someone else is still in the house!

Perfect for our family vacation! The property was beautifully decorated. Fully furnished with everything we needed. The home was spacious as described with a lot of space. It certainly will hold a large family, yet has separate cozy conversation spaces to enjoy. Very convenient to North Beach. the lighthouse and the marine science center. The front screened in porch was great in the evening for quiet conversation. With little kids under foot-we had plenty of space yet could keep an eye on everyone. We rented bikes from a local vendor. We also rented a beach wagon and cooler for the beach.Bring your own beach towels! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house is adorable. There were so many options for sleeping (or mid day napping) arrangements. The bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. It was quiet and just perfect. The outside sink was perfect for washing up the days collection of shells and the outdoor shower great for rinsing off. There were so many books, puzzles, and games you always had something to do. The only downside was I didn’t know when trash day was so I the can was not empty before got there on a Saturday afternoon and the trash was not picked up when we left on a Wednesday night so the can was very full. This was our first time at Tybee. We generally vacation at the Gulf and wish could move this house there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy the home and it was furnished well but I would like to offer some feedback and I can include photos if you request them. 1. When a guest arrives everything should be in working order; because someone cared enough to go check before arrival.2.Two of the three TV's did not work when we arrived. They did add Roku's to fix them a few days after arrival.3. After that I did not want to ask for anything that was trivial because it became an inconvenience for me. Yes I understand I did not have to be available but we had multiple family member there and I did not feel comfortable with that option.4. Most of the beach items were not usable. The wagon had a broken front wheel, the umbrellas and chairs were rusty and broken.5. There were two basketball goals; a regular goal, and a little tyke that was broken, neither had 🏀 balls.6. Two of the three small portable fans did not work.7. The third floor;One of the beds had no means of airflow, no AC and no fan.Another ' the room with the crib' , the AC made a horrible noise and constantly kicked on and off making the pipes in the wall rattle.If I was to vacation on Tybee Island again I would consider this home , we like the close beach access and the size of the home.
