This was a very comfortable place for our family of 6. Very clean, great communication, good location. The only “negative” is that I assumed the pool access was on-site based on the listing, but it is a couple minute drive away

Great location On the island! Really Nice decor! Tybee Island is an awesome spot to relax and get away! Spend time with friends & family and just enjoy your time! Not too busy but busy enough!

Excellent place for a family vacation

Can’t say enough good about this property! We loved everything about it. The place was clean and comfortable, incredibly spacious, and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach. The home is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for a wonderful place for our vacation memory.

Just Beachy

We stayed at the Just Beachy property. The neighborhood was quiet, the people friendly and we were within walking distance to the beach. We had no complaints about the property and when we needed assistance, the property management company replied promptly. We would definitely visit this property and use this property management company again!

Beautiful Mojita Manner

We were all very impressed with the home - beautiful decor in all the rooms (as represented online), very clean, and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The balconies on the second and third floor (off the primary bedroom) were perfect for relaxing.

February On Tybee

Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay on Tybee. Although the weather was chilly the home was well appointed to have movie night for the entire family. The location on back river is great and has a short walk to the water. We TRULY appreciated the large dining table to accommodate all members.

Gorgeous property in a terrific location

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children ages 12-17) loved our stay at this property. It was one of the nicest vacation homes we've ever rented. The house is beautiful, very clean, with many thoughtful touches and lovely decorations. We had plenty of room to spread out inside but loved hanging out together on the decks. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood but a short walk to restaurants, stores, and a little beach at the end of the road. We had a terrific time and would stay here again.

Nice quiet home

Nice duplex on well located street. Easy to bike to pier, beach access and river. Windows & sliding doors created the most wonderful breeze throughout the house. Kitchen not fully equipped for large groups, lack of silverware, serving bowls and etc.

Awesome house in convenient location to beach, restaurants, and tourist shopping

Wonderful house with space to either be together for meals or playing games or spacing out in comfy rooms for relaxing alone. The Master was large with a comfy bed and generous bathroom. The kitchen is small but functional with nice appliances. The pool was too crowded and not worth going unless you have small children who don't like the ocean it was too tight quarters during covid social distancing.

Nice getaway

The property was represented well in its listing and has a good layout to share with our two families. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we Would have liked it. The house would also benefit from a few board games, puzzles, etc for a rainy day. We also had one of the three showers that couldn’t be used because of a drainage issue. A short 10 minute walk to the main pier worked for our families. Enjoyed the porches! All in all we had a nice time on Tybee Island

Tybee Island spring break

The property was very nice and large enough for our group of 10. The location was close enough to walk to beach, town, and pool. The only complaints were the garage area where ping pong table is needed a good cleaning. Also the A/C went out. They responded right away. They did get the upstairs unit working but were unable to fix downstairs unit. (Needs replacing). All in all it was a great vacation!

Wonderful house

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mojito Manor. The house was clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies. The listing said that there were twin beds in one of the rooms, however there were only queens in the guest rooms. It worked out ok, but was expecting twin beds for my grands. I don't know how you are counting it to sleep 10 unless you are counting the sofa and the extra small bed on the first floor. Otherwise, the house was comfortable and in a great location. The first 3 days we went to the ocean and then discovered the river at the end of the road and it was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Our stay

Between the neighbors dog barking everytime they let it out. Icemaker quit making ice on our 3rd day chairs out on the patio were all broken in some form--I went to get up using the arm rest and ended up hitting one of the grandkids in the face not happy--- then we really couldn't enjoy it since rusted screws/nails were exposed on them fear of getting poked and having to get a tetanus shot there were hairs n crumbs on the floors when we arrived

Beautiful Home

The home was very clean and well maintained. The decor was updated and gave awesome beach vibes! The owner was very receptive and responsive to questions. The ping pong table that was pictured had been broken and not yet replaced by our visit. Our group was disappointed that we didn’t have access to the ping pong table, but there were board games and puzzles available that we were able to use in the evenings. The heated pool access was a short walk away from the home. It was beautiful and very well maintained! The home is located very close to an almost private beach and a short walk to the pier. Tybrissa street is a short walk from the beach and has lots of treats and shopping available. We absolutely loved our stay at mojito manor and would love to stay here again on our next trip!

High end rental with low end maintenance

Pros: Beautifully decorated, very comfortable & great location. Cons: Main level bathroom door wouldn't shut much less lock, the tub drain was so slow you stood in ankle deep water to shower, the fire extinguisher gauge showed it to be empty, the washer was dirty, there were no oven mitts or dish towels, the chess set was incomplete as was the checkers set, two chairs on the balcony were broken, and we never found the pool we supposedly had access to. We let the rental company know about 90% of the above. They said they would send someone out but they did not.Lovely, but not worth the price.
