Set up for easy group stays, this two-level, connected duplex offers five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across Unit A (downstairs) and Unit B (upstairs). Youâll have both units during your stay, joined by an interior door that can be locked for privacy or left open so your crew can flow between spaces.
Expect a comfortable, practical setup with fast WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace for remote needs. Each unit has its own washer and dryer to keep longer stays simple. Step outside to relax on the patio seating, or fire up the charcoal BBQ for a casual cookout. Inside, kitchens are equipped with basic cookware and utensils for easy meals at home.
Unit B bedrooms open to a front patio for a little extra fresh air. Bathrooms include walk-in showers and a tub/shower comboâhandy for families. Overall, itâs a clean, convenient spot to spread out, recharge, and make the most of Austinâs best neighborhoods nearby.

Important Things to Note
âą Self check-in: Simple self check-in. Arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.
âą Duplex setup: Youâll have both Unit A (downstairs) and Unit B (upstairs). The interior door between units can be locked from either side for privacy or left open for group use.
âą Stairs/Elevator: Unit B is upstairs and stairs are required. There is an elevator in the home, but it is not for guest use.
âą Parking: Two dedicated private spots (one per unit) at the back. The driveway is long; additional cars may park tandem only. Paid street parking may also be available.
âą Kitchen basics: Pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils are provided.
âą BBQ: Charcoal grill available for guest use.
âą Laundry: Two sets of in-home washers and dryers (one in each unit).
âą Neighborhood etiquette: Please be mindful of noise for nearby homes, especially after 10 PM.
âą Pet policy: Weâre happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet inside and out. Additional cleaning/damage fees may apply if needed.
