There`s also trolleys and buses nearby, scooter rentals, and plentiful Ubers and Lyfts to be had. The house also has street parking in front, as well as off-street parking in back, accessible via an alley.

Security Hold Notice

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
Cancellation Policy Details

Please note that all cancellations other than those made through Airbnb are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable payment costs incurred at the time of booking.

If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates, we are happy to refund any recovered amounts (less the processing fee).
