🏊 Seasonal Pool: Open April 1–November 30. Closed in winter due to heating limitations.
✔️ The outdoor pool is heated to 80°F, which is the standard temperature used by major hotels.
✔️ This is the maximum temperature — it cannot be increased above 80°F.
✔️ The pool heater can maintain 80°F only when the outdoor air temperature is within 15 degrees of the water temperature.
✔️ During colder months or nights, Mother Nature can affect the water temperature, and we cannot guarantee the pool will reach or stay at 80°F at all times.
✔️ No refunds or credits will be issued if the pool is cooler due to weather conditions.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool. It was huge and perfect for our family. Overall the place was nice and enjoyable. We had a few small things come up during our stay and the host communicated quickly and addressed/ resolved the issues. The only minor thing we noticed was that the pool area/ deck could use some more frequent cleanup as there was a lot of debris present (although not surprising being surrounded by trees). The pool itself was in very nice shape and clean and debris free.

When we arrived at the property the pool was green and the house was 81 degrees. We contacted the host which did send a pool man out to take care of the pool . The air finally came on at 530. Took till 3am for the tmp to get down to 74 degrees. The overall condition of the property is run down and dirty! We where finally able to swim about 1 pm Saturday . They claim they took care of it promptly but you can't the house was miserable and hot until 3am and lost a day of swimming!

Inside of house was very clean, nice layout and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels for pool and showering. Pool was amazing with the trees and the secluded feel. Outside of the house needs work. Weeds growing in gutters/around pool walls, sticks/dirt/grime on sidewalks and around pool that could tell had been there awhile. Soft spots in deck and one wood post around pool was close to falling over. We are not hot tub folks but the hot tub water was cold and had larvae growing in it. It is a nice distance from everything Gatlinburg and surrounding area has to offer. If outside areas were updated we would be interested in staying again.

When we arrived we noticed the broken gutters, and trees growing in them. The outside of the property needs some cleaning. There was trash over the edge of the pool fencing. There were several blinds that were broken. One of the toilet seats was loose. A railing around the pool was loose. When it rained it was leaking from the ceiling onto the floor upstairs. Some outlets are not working. The body wash and shampoo and liquid hand soap not full, just had water added to it or completely empty at the sinks. They did have little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and small bar soaps. Water pressure is almost non existent and hot water is lukewarm to fill up big tub on main level. The shower is very slippery in the main level bath as well. I moved kitchen chair and leg fell off when I picked it up. No nice chairs to sit out on either deck. The photos showed nice rockers but they were not there. Just hard folding chairs on the upper deck. It was very frustrating. When we go to the Smokys sitting on the deck and looking at nature is one of the big draws, but there was no place to do this on the property. Especially on the upper deck. Directions are not clear. There should be a sign when you turn onto road that shows the address. It is confusing because there is a sign for Bigfoot cabin which is on the same street. The GPS gets confused. We went to a few different cabins before we finally found it. Communication was great. Plenty of towels and kitchen had lots of cookware.

The cabin overall was fabulous. There were a few minor issues that we notified the owner about after arriving. They offered to address them while we were there, but since we were there just 3 nights, we opted to not have them addressed while we were at the cabin. We all enjoyed the pool and my grandsons really enjoyed the game room! I would highly suggest taking bug spray, as the bugs and mosquitoes are bad in the woods.

Our family had a Fantastic time here! The cabin was everything we needed. It was private with enough space for our kids to play. The property is only about 20 minutes from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge depending on the direction you take. The pool was Amazing! We have definitely been spoiled with our own private pool. The property was very clean, check-in was a breeze, and communication with the owner was Perfect. I Absolutely recommend this property and we will definitely remember this cabin for future Vacations!
