The suite features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds, and there is a double sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests can enjoy two infinity pools, a fitness center, spa, and on-site restaurants. Beach access is included with chairs, umbrellas, and towel service, making every day feel like a vacation.

The property also offers 24-hour concierge service, valet parking (available for a fee), and complimentary WiFi. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

Other Things to Note

Please be aware that valet parking is not included in the booking. Below are the building’s current valet rates (paid directly at the property):

1–7 days: $35.00 + tax per day
8 days onwards: $30.00 + tax per day
3 hours: $20.00 + tax + $8.00 + tax for every extra hour
30-day stay (monthly rate): $650.00 + tax

Additionally, there is a resort fee that covers access to both the pool and beach areas:

1–14 days: $40.00 + tax per day
15–29 days: $35.00 + tax per day
30 days onwards: $30.00 + tax per day

Security Deposit: $250 (refundable after checkout if no damages or violations)

Access and Wristband Policy

Residents and guests will receive a wristband granting access to the property’s pool and beach facilities. Pool attendants will provide towels for your convenience.

Please note that it is mandatory for all guests to wear wristbands at all times while using amenities.

Failure to wear your wristband may result in a $100 violation fee.
If a wristband is lost, there is a $20 replacement fee per wristband.

Hotel Pet Policy Notice

Pets are not allowed in this property.

However, if you are traveling with a service animal, you must:

Register the animal and provide all required documentation at the time of booking.

Submit documentation in advance for approval.

Guests with approved service animals will be charged an additional $100, which will be added to the standard $250 security deposit, bringing the total to $350.

Guests who fail to follow these instructions or attempt to bring pets or service animals without prior approval and documentation will be subject to penalties and may have their reservation canceled without refund.
